Proudly hosted by Island Rentals of Hilton Head, this incredible Sea Pines retreat has undergone extensive updates for 2025 and offers an exceptional setting for large families or groups vacationing together. Thoughtfully designed with both a five-bedroom main house and a two-bedroom attached guest house, the property comfortably sleeps up to fourteen guests and blends spacious living with the relaxed elegance of Lowcountry style. Ideally located near Lawton Stables and just a short bike ride to Harbour Town, this home places you close to some of Sea Pines’ most beloved amenities.

The main living area welcomes you with an open-concept layout centered around a gourmet kitchen featuring a massive island, dual Sub-Zero refrigerators, and everything needed for memorable family meals. The adjacent dining area offers a brand-new dining set along with additional seating at the island, flowing seamlessly into the living room furnished with all-new décor and a large flat-screen television. An upstairs loft-style seating area overlooks the main living space, creating an inviting spot to relax or gather.

Upstairs, the primary suite features a King bed and a spacious ensuite bathroom with a soaker tub and walk-in shower. Connected to the primary suite is a children’s bedroom with one Queen and one Twin bed, sharing the ensuite bath. Downstairs, three additional bedrooms provide comfortable accommodations, including a King bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, a Queen and Twin bedroom, and another King bedroom that share a Jack-and-Jill bath. A convenient half bath is located just off the living area with easy access to the pool.

Step outside to the screened pool area, where ample seating invites you to unwind and enjoy the coastal air. Pool heating is available seasonally for an additional fee, making this space enjoyable for more of the year. The pool area opens directly to the attached guest house, which offers its own full kitchen, dining nook, living area with a large flat-screen TV, full bathroom, and two additional bedrooms—one with a King bed and the other with a Queen and Twin—providing excellent privacy and flexibility.

With multiple living spaces, abundant sleeping arrangements, and added conveniences such as in-home laundry, included beach chairs and bicycles, daily complimentary tennis, and a car pass for Sea Pines access, this home is perfectly suited for multi-generational vacations or two families traveling together. Please note that the fireplace is not available for guest use.

The house was in perfect condition and was the most well equipped house we have ever stayed in. The kitchen was complete with plates, gadgets, glassware, etc. They unit came with four bikes, beach chairs, games.

Great family vacation in Hilton Head

The house is beautiful and is as lovely as pictured online. We had 3 generations in our group and having the 2 bedroom Casita was perfect in providing a bit of separation for folks who are active earlier in the day. The house came with everything we needed except a full tank of propane for the bbq grill which we were able to acquire on our own at a nearby store.

The property management responded to our issues quickly and effectively. The only issue was with the washer in main house that they tried to fix multiple times but couldn’t. Finally on the last day they said they would have owner replace the unit. Just beware it is not near the beach but we enjoyed the bike ride to the beach each day.

The home was perfectly located within the Sea Pines Community. The Sea Pines Community offers, beach, tennis, golf and dining. It was a wonderful experience and the rental company was fantastic to work with for our stay.

Great Girls tennis trip

Plenty of room for all 7 of us, each had our own room. Nice kitchen and living area made hanging out very pleasant. Two of the bikes didn't work but when we called the bike company, they replaced them immediately that day!

We had a golf group stay for 4 nights and the house was the perfect size. Well located and quiet. Our only issue was it was absolutely bare bones! Nothing extra in the kitchen. No foil, spices (including salt and pepper), etc. If you’re planning to cook in, bring EVERYTHING you’ll need! Plenty of pots, pans etc. but nothing else.

Our 7 day booking that lasted 38 hours.

Arrived on Sat. drove a Mercedes Sprinter Van to make it comfortable for the kids. Had two other vehicles also. Was not told that we were not allowed to park the van at the house because it had a water hookup until we arrived at the guard station. We do not camp in it just travel. Had to call a storage company to park it. Monday left due to forecast of wind, flooding chance of trees falling, bridge closing and alligators coming out

The attached guest space was amazing to have with a young one. This house was perfect for our family’s spring break.

Nice but a no no on the stove

The place is great but that stove in the master house is a definitely No ! Other than that it’s a nice big place loved the pool the house is super comfortable and nice furniture they need to update the Roku control in the living room too but besides that anyone will enjoy this NICE BIG HOUSE

Birthday Vacation

My family and I (14 of us total, all adults) travelled to Hilton Head for a few birthdays. The house was ready for us about an hour early. It definitely met our expectations. There was plenty of space for us to come together and plenty of space to find a solitary quiet spot if needed. The pool was awesome. The small pool house was perfect for my mother and older aunts. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed for cooking and eating (you definitely need to purchase additional paper products). We had great communication with the property manager (we had a trash pick up issue but it was NOT the fault of the property manager). The property was beautiful and clean. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice but loud

Very nice house with perfect accommodations for our group. Only downside was with the concrete floors throughout the house it was very loud in the main part of the house where the kitchen and living room is. Be careful coming out of pool area with wet feet...don't slip. Great Kitchen supplies (need a cheese grater). Bike locks had a different code than we were told but luckily they were already set to the right code.

More than expected

We really enjoyed our stay at Sea Pines. We were initially worried that the pool was a long lap pool, but we found it to be plenty big to play games, float or just hang out. The bedrooms were plenty for just four of us, but we could have easily had room for another family. Enough king beds and twin beds to accommodate all types. The guest house was also a nice bonus. When we got there, our rental bikes were already in the garage ready to roll. And we're right on the trail, so it was effortless for us to bike the island. The property is right next to other properties, but you wouldn't know it. We rarely heard our neighbors. Overall, a great place that we would highly recommend.

I absolutely loved the concrete floors, but they aren't the softest thing to land on when you roll off the couch.Also beware, bicycle theft is the new pandemic. Never had a bike stolen on HHI, but this year two of my family members had their rentals stolen (they were locked) and charged nearly $300 per bike. Apparently, it is a big problem right now so keep this in mind.

The pool was nice but the screen above it was full of debris from trees. We did see few spiders during the stay in the bathrooms. I would choose a different property but we still had a great time

The heated pool was great and the living room has plenty seating and space for kids to play. But... the acoustics in the main room are terrible. High ceilings and concrete floors throughout the 1st floor. The house is dated and needs some updating. We opened an overhead cabinet and door almost fell off, the microwave didn’t work so the property manager supplied a small countertop model. Both the range and the stove had to be reset, while we were cooking, at the breaker (which is locked). Most of the interior doors don’t have locks (including the powder room off the main room) and there are dozens of light switches, many that don’t operate anything.

Great House, Grumpy Neighbor

Reviewer Comments: Our family comes to HHI virtually every year to meet up with cousins, etc. We rented 2 houses this year, including this one for half of our group. We loved the pool at this house and how it was visible from everywhere and was shaded (which meant the water wasn't too hot). We also loved all the refrigerators, furniture, and layout of the house. It was further than we expected from the beach via bikes. Google estimated 11 minutes but it was more like 25 with kids and hauling gear in trailers. The only blip, which obviously isn't the property's fault, is the neighbor nearest the pool came into our backyard, up to the screens of the pool on our first day when a bunch of kids were playing and being kids at 6:00 PM and screamed at us for being too loud while they were having dinner. I then woke up to a voicemail the next day that he'd called the property management company and complained about kids making noise in the pool at 6:00 PM and looking for frogs outside with flashlights around 9:30 PM. They advised if he called Sea Pines security we might be kicked out of the property. The next morning the guy was sitting on his deck looking at us in the pool, I assume looking for another reason to call and complain. So having that hanging over your head where you feel like you need to "Shhh" your kids in the pool during the day wasn't a great start to the week. It was a great house, and a great vacation - it just has an unfortunate spot next to a grumpy neighbor. The tone of the voicemail I received from the rental company was very nice, so no complaints about Island Rentals at all. I also got the sense this wasn't the first time this neighbor has complained about people renting the property. If you have mostly adults, or only a few kids - shouldn't be an issue. If you have a group of cousins who get to see each other once per year and are really excited and might act like kids in a pool, you might want to keep looking or expect to be confronted by the neighbor.

So much. Potential- but fell shoety

Reviewer Comments: The house itself has tremendous potential to be a great rental, but the overall neglect and unkempt conditions kept us from enjoying. We were there for our daughter’s wedding (not held at this home) with two families. Space was great. However, the home was dirty...very dirty. Mold in all the tubs and bathrooms. Hair all over bathrooms and walls and floors. Oven and stove in main kitchen were dirty. Pool was not cleaned (but they did send someone over on 2nd day to clean it). We strongly suspect, but can’t prove that sheets were not changed on one bed due to hair and wrinkle pattern on fitted sheet. Door handles falling off so bedroom doors couldn’t be closed. Dead Palmetto bugs were all over. The back deck is missing screening making it unsafe for small children as there is no barrier. We actually own (and clean) multiple VRBO/AirBnb rentals in NC (at the beach) so we know what to expect and how things should be done for guests. We called when we first checked in and they offered to send someone over to clean, which we did decline as we didn’t see the full extent until much later (sheets, bathrooms, etc) when we went to use. After that we were just too busy with the wedding to want to deal with contacting office after hours. Again, if they can get the maintenance and cleaning issues addressed, this house could be awesome. Can’t all be blamed on cleaners- it goes beyond that. We were really disappointed as we were so looking forward to it! Due to size of our group and heavily scheduled weekend full of events, we had no choice but to stay rather than look for alternate accommodations.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of the property was amazing and Hilton Properties were great. Unfortunately the property itself needs some love and attention both on the outside and inside. The air vents in the ceiling were filthy which made me wonder about mold. The pool screened in area was covered in droppings from the trees and the wood was close to dry rotting. The outside needs some landscape love. Honestly I don’t believe we’d rent this property again. 4 of us got sick the day after we returned. The other issue was the neighbor behind the was July 4th week and my grandchildren were enjoying the pool and playing as young children do. The neighbor came through the woods to tell us the kids were making too much noise and he’s been dealing with it all week. He was rude and condescending.

Great house for a group

Perfect for golf trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Outside of 2 guys (brothers) having to share one room, this house/location is perfect for a 8-person golf trip. Only a mile from Harbour Town and the Sea Pines Resort and very close to all the golf courses we played. All the rooms, beds were comfortable and plenty of bathrooms. Full kitchen covering all your basic needs and nice large living room and TV. The heated pool offered some nice post-round relief. Would stay at this house again for our next golf trip to HH.
