Loved it again!

We had a great time, as we did 3 years ago and the house is so conducive to our family. It is so spacious, and everyone can have their own privacy, yet plenty of room to be together. All the rooms are great sizes and the living spaces very comfy. Great location. Easy bike ride to the beach as well as Harbor Town which are 2 places we spend so much time. South Beach is bike accessible also. Thank you for the use of your home again where more memories were made. .

Family Memorial Day Weekend Getaway

Another great vacation

This property worked perfectly for our family vacation/reunion. Plenty of space to gather and retreat. Very clean, kitchen well stocked. Pool was very nice. Highly recommend.

Great home for multiple family members and friends

Great home to share, we had 3 families. Plenty of room for everyone. Short bike ride to beach and to Harbor town. Would definitely stay here again

Great getaway

I stayed here with my family and my friend’s family. It was perfect! Plenty of space for everyone. Close to the beach and restaurants. It was very spacious and clean and had everything we needed to feel at home!

Lovely Very Well Appointed Home

Family Vacation

This is our second time staying at Su Casa. We love a lot about this house - location, layout and amenities! We were a little disappointed by the state of the house when we checked in. A toilet paper holder was falling out of the wall, several dining room chairs were wobbling due to missing screws and a shower drain was plugged. Overall a positive experience but some details were missed.

Not a WOW but more than adequate

This is actually a very.positive review though this home is not luxurious if you are looking for that. Our family was very comfortable and we had a wonderful time. Bikes are needed to get back and forth to the beach. Very quiet street.Bedrooms are situated in such a way that no one disturbs anyone else, a true vacation.

Family Thanksgiving

Home was well-appointed. Every bedroom had its own full bath - perfect whether adults or kids. Master Suite was enormous! 2 living areas and with comfy bedrooms, the option of being social or having privacy was great! Location was great to all of the Sea Pines attraction. Texting with the property manager made check in seamless! Great value.

Beautiful and comfy!!

This home was perfect for our 3 generation family. Elegant, yet extremely homey. The addition of their family pics added so much to the atmosphere. Simple, yet elegant decorating. We have been coming to Sea Pines over a span of 50 years and this is by far our favorite house for so many reasons. Location is great for us and pool area lanscaping is gorgeous. 5 stars!!

Awesome House in Great Location.

Loved this house! There was plenty of room for my extended family of 11. It was really nice to have a bathroom in each bedroom so no families had to share. Bike ride to beach was simple and fairly close. Rental company was very responsive with any questions. Pool was great but hard to keep clean with multiple trees overtop pool. Definitely recommend this house!!

Loved it...again

We loved this house so much that we chose it fir the 2nd year in a row. No one wanted to leave. We had no issues except for one toilet but mgmt took care of it immediately.

Multiple problems

First day there are plumbing was not working, raw sewage came up in showers downstairs. Plumber did not arrive till next day leaving us without toilet usage. Third day refrigerator went out, had to throw out all food. A dorm size refrigerator was brought to us to use rest of week then on day 5 our pool when green. Not ideal vacation with 10 family members.

House was great. Pool heat was expensive but well worth the cost. The ice maker did not produce much ice. Had to buy ice daily. The beds need new mattress as they seem to be past their life span. Great location close to all that was going on. Management company was very responsive. On day one the grill was not useable and within hours there was a new grill. The grill tools were damaged and they provided new ones. The pool lights did not work and within 24 hours they were replaced. It was nice to have toilet paper provided but it was the crappiest toilet paper on the planet. Plan on getting you own. All in all a great time.

Great experience

This is a fabulous house for a large group - we had no difficulty assigning bedrooms, because they are all great (admittedly, one of the downstairs masters has a ridiculously big bathroom, so we all wanted that one). There are plenty of gathering spaces - two nice family rooms and a nice outdoor space with patio furniture. The house itself and furniture is well maintained. The bath towels were 5 star hotel quality and there were plenty of them. The best part of the experience was the property management company. We looked everywhere for a broom but couldn't find one. We notified the company through the five star app - less than 2 hours later a representative showed up at the door with a new broom and dustpan. On another day, we couldn't get the face of the thermostat to work. In less than two hours, someone was there with batteries to fix the problem. We intend to stay here the next time we're at HHI!

Great Family Vacation

This home is absolutely ideal for a large family or group. It has great shared spaces, yet very separate bedrooms and bathrooms allowing for great space to spread out. For a luxury rental, the home is a little dated. While the bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable, the shared living spaces could be more updated. Upon arrival, we were taken back by the musty smell of the home and the obvious fact that it had been a while since its last cleaning, most likely the result of a period of time lapsing since its last use. The kitchen needs some attention as quite a few of the pots and pans need to be replaced. Some organization would help guests a lot. While we found everything we needed, it was scattered throughout multiple locations. If you plan to request the pool to be heated, follow up on multiple occasions before your arrival. It was not for us. It had also been some time since the pool and outside areas were cleaned. The staff at 5 Star Properties were very responsive. They addressed the pool heat issue quickly and were overall very helpful. We loved our stay here, and simply addressing the few issues noted, this would be a first class home.
