With it's open floor plan including a spacious kitchen, bar, and outdoor custom built grill, you and your guests can enjoy grilling your fresh catch while swimming or lounging by the pool. With it's 4 bedroom/ 2 full bath/1 half bath each guest will have the pleasure of having their own private nook.

Family Time / Exceeded our Expectations

This house was perfect for our stay on South Padre Island. It was a short walk to the beach, we spent so much time at the pool and enjoyed the bbq area for a cookout. Comfortably fit 7 adults and 2 children with the 4 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. It was wonderful having the space for multiple families to stay together for my son’s wedding. Marta responded to all of our questions and provided additional important information for our trip.

Unhealthy

What you see in pictures is not what you get. Yes there are 4 rooms but only 2 have closets. The kitchen sink is full of mold all around it between the countertops and sink. We had to sanitize just to use it to wash dishes. The top has been broken and glued back together in a dozen pieces. We had to buy silver wear to eat. 7 of us for 3 forks. Wifi went out on and off mostly off pool dirty and waterfall did not work. We had to provide kitchen towels soap and trash bags after 3 days. Laundry after 3 days with no washer and dryer. It was locked in the garage. Floors and walls dirty. If I could I would post the pictures. We overpaid a few thousand dollars. We could not go anywhere else after we arrived. Nothing available. Run from this listing or call the health department

Okay house but will not stay here again

The house is overall well kept but the owner who is also the property manager lives right next door and was working on home maintenance during our stay. As soon as we got there she came inside to show us around the house and was also inspecting some work that had just been done to the house. She discovered a leak and addressed it while we were there. She also worked on her house next door, power washing the fence adjacent to ours while we were trying to enjoy the pool. It was SO loud we could not hear our own conversations or music. I eventually said something and she stopped but it had been hours, I should have said something sooner. More importantly, the reason we will not come back to this property is that it has sharp edges and is slippery everywhere! Not a good idea to have that kind of floor in a house with a pool. The stairs are also black so you have to be very careful not to fall. My sister-in-law did fall and hurt herself! It was so scary but luckily she was fine, just bruised.

Very Nice

This 4 bedroom 2.5 bathroom home was an excellent choice for our family. It was clean has a private pool and everything we need for a comfortable stay.
