Soundside in the heart of Nags Head. Dog friendly and no pet fee!

Located in the sought after Southridge community, this 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath home provides easy access to Jockey's Ridge State Park, soundside beaches, public ocean beach access, shopping and some of the Outer Banks best restaurants!
Paved streets throughout and dedicated traffic light enables crossing main highway with ease in the busy months.

Sleeping arrangements include, 2 king beds, 1 queen bed and two twin beds.

Must be atleast 25 years old to reserve and must be onsite during the entire length of the reservation. Unless approved by host. Failure to follow this rule, could result in guest/party being asked to leave the home immediately without a refund.

STRICT CHECK-OUT TIME (IN-SEASON): Due to the high demand in the area during in-season and the busy schedules of our housekeepers, you must be out of the house by 10am on your check out day. Failure to be completely out of the house by 10am, will result in a $20 charge for every half hour you run over the 10am time.

PETS:
Dogs are welcome, if bringing more than two please message host prior to booking.
Dogs must be crated when left at home alone. An extra-large and medium size kennel are available on site, by request.
No pets on the furniture.
Please clean up after your pets in the backyard prior to your departure. Failure to do so may result in a $50 exterior cleaning fee.

SMOKING: No smoking in the house. Failure to clean up cigarettes outside may result in a $50 exterior cleaning fee.

PARKING: The driveway will fit 3 vehicles. Please use the driveway, if more parking is required, reach out to host for options. Absolutely no parking in the front or side yard, or other home's driveways

EVENTS: No parties are allowed, if hosting a holiday/family reunion/etc. please confirm with host prior to booking.

QUIET TIME: We do have full-time residence around us and expect our guests to be respectful of them and other surrounding guests. Please watch your noise levels from 10pm-8am. Complaints from neighbors, can result in guest being asked to leave without a refund.

FURNITURE: Please do not move interior furniture (unless using sleeper sofa in living room) or grill during your stay. We ask exterior furniture if moved is placed back as you found it on check in day, prior to your departure. Failure to do so may result in a $50 additional cleaning fee.

The house was amazing. Best stay in the Outer Banks so far! The house was very clean and spacious and had absolutely everything you needed. We will book this again!

Nags Head Family Fun

Really enjoyed our time in Nags Head. Great neighborhood, close to restaurants and shops. Rooms are spacious and home is very warm and welcoming. We enjoyed family walks every morning and neighbors were friendly. Our pup enjoyed meeting new friends too. :)

Megan is a very attentive host and answers your questions quickly from beginning to end. The checkin and checkout process was easy. The house is beautifully decorated and very close to the sound, beach, and many great restaurants.I don’t want to forget that we brought our shih-poo with us. I had requested a kennel to use for the week and it was waiting for us when we got there. Our boy enjoyed his time too.

Beautiful vacation house

The house was very clean, well-stocked, and had just the right amount of space for our party of 6-8, plus the dog. I was pleasantly surprised when we arrived, that even though pets were allowed, the house did not smell like animals at all. We enjoyed grilling, and the hot tub. There were some beach chairs, etc available to use. We couldn’t walk to the beach, but it was a very short drive and there was enough parking. There were good places to eat, shopping, and things to do right nearby. We had a great week!

Beautiful Beach Stay

Eight of us stayed for a week at this wonderful home. Plenty of space to move around and enjoy each other's company. We brought a few amenities, but realistically, the house had everything we needed. Unfortunately, we stayed during a heat wave that made enjoying all the outdoor activities OBX offers difficult, but we still did what we could and enjoyed everything we did.Megan was incredibly responsive and kind as a few concerns popped up. I think if we decide to visit the OBX again this location would be high up on our list of places to stay. The only consideration that may change where we stay is proximity to the beach. If there was not a heat wave we likely would have tried to rent a bike or just walk to the beach, but it was too hot for that to be a realistic option for us. Highly recommend staying here!

Wonderful stay

This house has it all! Fully stocked kitchen is a huge bonus! Never have I stayed at a house that had everything we needed. We appreciate having our 2 small dogs with us! I loved there was a "roomba" on each floor to help with the cleaning process. Host was extremely easy to contact! If i had anything negative to say, more towels for bathing and kitchen towels would have been helpful. If adults could sleep on top bunks, that would have been nice too, but we knew this before booking our trip. All in all, we had a great week!

Spacious, comfortable, great location & place to stay

This is a wonderful house for multiple family groupings to spend time together and also have private space to chill. The place has been recently completely remodeled and well decorated/furnished. There is a great new kitchen with a roomy refrigerator and lots of coffee options. The is spacious table and island seating so we could all eat and play games together. The large laundry machines were useful so we could minimize the clothing needed for our vacation. The 4 porches around the outside give lots of places to relax with nice views and provide shaded options throughout the day. Plus there is a spacious covered space with a table to play outside games. The hot tub is big and tucked under the porch so you have cover from the sun and don’t feel exposed. The fenced yard is big and no worries our dogs would get out. We loved that we were very close to the sound-side entrance to the Jockey Ridge beach. We enjoyed taking the dogs to the beach for a swim in the shallow water about 8am before parking filled up and the sand got too hot. The house has an outside shower and a hose to wash the dogs after returning from the beach. The place is also close to many other attractions and the ocean beaches. We had a fantastic stay and the owner is great to work with! We had a very special family gathering and highly recommend this place to others.

Great home for families in Nags Head.

House was very clean, well-stocked, cozy, yet big enough for everyone to have their space. Decor was pleasing and comfortable. The host was extremely quick in responding to questions and very helpful with all of our needs. The fenced yard was nice to let the dogs go potty and part of the reason we chose this house, but beware of sand burrs! This was something we had not encountered before and were not prepared, and you must check your dogs (paws and mouths especially) after every visit outside. But you’d also encounter these even if walking the dogs in the neighborhood. That was really the only “negative” we have to say about our stay.
