Dawn 614-Turtle Reef | Balcony, Community Pool

The Dawn 614-Turtle Reef is so charming - this large one bedroom, one bath condo is on the very front of the complex with a full, unobstructed view of the Gulf of Mexico. Enter into this first-floor property which is a very large one-bedroom condominium. The living area features a large flat-screen television, and wifi for the convenience of our guests.

The patio at Turtle Reef has chairs for enjoying a morning cup of coffee while watching as shrimp boats go out past the second sand bar for the morning catch.

The living area has a queen sleeper sofa (sleeps 2). The primary bedroom has a king-size bed (the king bed is two twins combined) and a very large walk-in closet. The closet has a twin bed-available to be used by guests, but not part of the headcount. If you like pull the twin bed to the living area or the large primary bedroom. The primary bath is a very large bath that will easily accommodate 4 guests.

THE DAWN CONDOMINIUMS
The Dawn is Located on Seawall, just West of 69th Street, can’t be missed with the tropical colors, palm trees and beautifully landscaped grounds and feature two swimming pools (one pool is heated to 81° in the cooler months), a poolside hot tub, community grilling areas, fitness center, on-site laundry and gated parking. All units at The Dawn offer a private covered balcony or patio, which is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind in the evening with a glass of your favorite beverage. All kitchens are fully stocked with pots, pans and dishes to make breakfast, lunch or dinner, and guests are so close to so many delicious places to eat if you don’t feel like cooking or decide to order in after a long day at the beach or pool. All guests are required to pay per car for parking upon arrival at The Dawn. NOTES

Parking is paid to The Dawn upon arrival.

All guests must pay parking fee per vehicle. 1-3 days parking rate is $36.70 plus tax ($3.30) making it a flat $40.00. 3 or more days parking rate is $45.88 plus tax (4.12) making it a flat rate $50.00

Pool bands must be picked up from the front office at The Dawn

Mini vacation

Enjoyed the beach, the location was spot on cross seawall and your at the beach. The property was realy great and we enjoyed the the stay. We would go back and like to stay in the same condo

Cute, needs deep clean

This is a cute place in a great location! The living room furniture was visibly dirty and mice ate my bread. On the positive side, it was well-appointed with everything you need. Picking up and dropping off keys in a different location is a bit of a hassle - especially if you arrive late. Don’t know why there aren’t digital locks with a code. Keeping up with keys at the beach is not ideal. Also, the parking pass process is a bit of a pain. You should be able to get a pass online and print yourself. This place would be great with some cleaning and updates on check-in, etc.

Great location

Easy access to the beach and Walmart so don’t have to drive much unless you like to explore. Only thing I’d suggest is to give them a map for check in at The Dawn. Luckily the lady at Ryson gave me one others weren’t so lucky.

Great Place

This is a great condo. The check in procedure was very easy. Upon arrival to the condo, my wife and I were very happy with the layout and cleanliness of the unit. The location is great, right across from the beach, and conveniently close to grocery stores and a very short and easy drive to “The Strand”

Perfect location

Property was bigger than pictures show, clean, perfect location for beach and pool and shops access. Felt safe and amazing view on porch of the ocean. If you plan on using twin mattress in closet bring bedding and extra pillow cases. The king mattress is 2 twins but super comfortable would recommend they get an ikea connector to fix the gap. Roman blinds didn’t work but we where able to roll up by hand in bedroom. We are def saving this place and going back!

Great but details were missed.

Very clean. Sliding door didn't lock. 7 blind slats were missing so privacy was not good. Two twin beds were pushed together to make a King size bed. Not good for a romantic weekend. If those 3 things were not there it would have been perfect.

All good except the bed was NOT a kingsize

Quick and efficient check in, nice accessible parking ok view. Clean condo was good except the bed was 2 twin power lift types with king sheets across them. Crevice in the middle was very uncomfortable. Not disclosed in the description. Unacceptably misleading. We would not have booked this one if we knew, and would have kept looking for a real king Also, no coffee pot, only a Keurig machine w no adapter for ground coffee. Bummer. Even a tea kettle would have been ok, but did not have one of those either. Except for the AC and nice walk in shower, we may as well been camping.
