We had a handle in the primary bathroom break off from the wall the 1st morning we were there. I called the front office for maintenance, they said they would send maintenance up and to contact the host. I tried notifying the host but the # listed was a none working #, I also sent a message. Over an hour later no one had come to turn the water off. I didn’t hear from the host mgmt company, Ryson Mgmt Group, until 4 hours later. I was told they would check the status and would get back to me and they never did. The condo was nicely decorated and it slept up to 8 people, we had 6 retired ladies in our group, they only provided 4 total bath towels for our stay. The front desk told us we could buy additional towels if we needed them . The bed pillows were literally 1 inch thick on all the beds, with no extra pillows on any bed, (king size bed in primary had 2 only and extremely flat, which the pics on VRBO showed several pillows on the beds and fluffy) the handle on the balcony door was broken and the door was extremely heavy to open and close. There were candy wrappers on the balcony from previous guest that had not been picked up which had attracted tons of ants. There was hair left in the bathtub in the primary bathroom that had not been cleaned. The property only allows for 2 parking spaces which they were adamant about, even though we were there off season and hardly anyone was at the resort. Greg, the front desk manager was extremely rude and arrogant.
