Looking for the perfect group or family getaway with plenty of room to both spread out and be together? You’ve found it with this newly-renovated four-bedroom condo, made up of two separate, two-bedroom condos. You’ll have two full kitchens, two seating areas, a dining area, and a lovely, waterfront deck to watch the sun go down.

Rise and shine in one of the four bedrooms – two feature kings and two feature matching twins – and brew a pot of coffee. Convene on the deck to decide what to do for the day, and then take advantage of those two kitchens, each with a full suite of stainless steel appliances, to whip up breakfast for the whole crew. The dining area seats six, and there are six more barstools to go around between the two condos.

After breakfast, visit the complex’s shared pool or hit the public beach, only 0.3 mile away. In the evening, you can unwind in two seating areas, each with a flatscreen TV, or head back out to the deck to watch the stars rise over the Gulf. No matter how you end the day, head to bed knowing another perfect one awaits tomorrow.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
