Great place to stay for Cooperstown. 20 minutes away from park. House was clean and as expected based on pictures and description. Owners were exceptional with communication. Nice and quiet location.

We stayed here for our Cooperstown dreams park baseball trip. The house came with everything you could imagine to entertain yourself between waiting for your next game. The house is very welcoming. The fields are only 22 minutes away. The scenery in the area provides breathtaking views on the drive. The kitchen was plenty stocked with everything we needed. There are plenty of outdoor sports type games for the kids to play on the large front yard. The host answered any questions we had promptly. We would stay here again without a doubt. I am recommending the house to any other baseball families that need a place to stay in Cooperstown.

Beautiful location

The house totally fit our needs and was in a beautiful location. Plus, if you are spending your days at the Cooperstown Dream Park, it is a quick and easy drive. Also, we saw all sorts of wildlife moving through the meadow on our four days there.

Fantastic Property!

This was the perfect spot for our visit to Dreams Park! Beautiful home, scenery, and had everything we needed and more! It's about 12 miles from Dreams Park, so not a bad drive at all! Definitely a great stay and would return!

Great stay for baseball tournament

The property is 20ish minutes from Dreams Park so an easy ride there. Spacious and clean and worked well for my family. I would definitely recommend this property.

Stayed here during Induction Weekend 2025. Immaculate and comfortable house, an easy fifteen minute drive from Cooperstown. We very much appreciated the fresh eggs and access to folding chairs and umbrellas which came in handy. This was the perfect home base for our visit to the Baseball Hall of Fame!

This property is very well maintained with a beautiful view and lots of space for a family. Jennifer and her husband are personable, respond quickly to questions and are attentive. Great location close to cooperstown but far enough away to enjoy the quietness of the country. Little details right down to some outdoor toys my grandson loved were a wonderful surprise! Would highly recommend!

Cooperstown trip

This home was a great location to visit Cooperstown. About 12 minutes to drive to the HOF museum. It was clean and comfortable. Loved seeing the turkeys roaming around the property.

Excellent Stay

My husband & I stayed here while our son played at Cooperstown Dreams Park. The house has everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. The owners are great, and communication was easy. Plenty of space inside & outside. I highly recommend this place, and would definitely stay here again if in the area!

Great place. As we drove onto the property we were greeted by 5 deer and 4 turkeys. Great view of the countryside. House was better than expected. Best place we rented so far. Highly recommended.
