Nestled between the Intercoastal and the beautiful Atlantic Ocean - just 600 steps from the beach - this comfy and convenient studio features a queen-size Murphy bed and a spacious back patio, ideal for a long and luxurious stay in Pompano Beach. Spend a day on the white sands of the Atlantic, then come back to easily spritz away the sand with the outdoor shower. Enjoy free rides with the circuit shuttle, and take advantage of the water taxi on the Intercoastal - just 300 steps away!

The living area is open and spacious, with a TV to stream all your favorite movies and shows and plenty of comfortable furniture. After a long day of sightseeing, cook up a storm in the suite's full kitchen, where you'll find all the necessary appliances and counter space to turn out something special. You can enjoy a quick breakfast at the glass-top dining table, and the patio is furnished with a table/chair set for those al-fresco meals. Use the free WiFi to post your favorite memories to your social media, then head out to take a refreshing dip in the shared pool or compete on the lighted shuffleboard court. You can even host a fun barbecue via the shared charcoal grill.

THINGS TO KNOW
Beginning on Monday, May 19th, 2025, there will be on-going construction for the on-site pool to begin draining in preparation for the Pool Renovation Project; The project is estimated to take approximately 4 - 6 weeks from start to finish, depending on weather and on-site conditions. Please note that during this time, the pool and pool deck will be closed & you may also experience increased noise and dust while work is underway.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
