Terrific property with lots of charm and plenty of room for four adults to spread out during our six-night stay. We loved the location within walking distance of both the botanical garden and Tower Grove Park. Easy on-street parking right in front of the building. The kitchen was excellent - one of the best equipped we've stayed in which was helpful as we cooked several evening meals. We appreciated the plentiful coffee! The dining room table was great for meals and for lots of game playing at the end of the day. Beds were comfortable too. And the host was super responsive as well. Would definitely stay again.

We were in Saint Louis filming a episode of our family docu-series RV Plus 10. We were a little hesitant because of our relationship with VRBO we stay in some of the finest accommodations around the Country. We absolutely loved this place. We felt right at home from the moment we walked through the door. It is in a great location and you definitely get the big city vibe with out the hustle bustle noise. The accommodation was very clean and offers a lot of extras that most VRBO's don't provide. One of my favorite places on this trip forsure. In addition, the host was very considerate reaching out our every need was met up front. Almost like staying at a family's home. To see more about our stay in St. Louis tune into our 2 hour season premiere RV PLUS 10 distributed by ROKU only on FTVN. Book it you will be glad you did.

If we could have given this a 4.5, we would have! Extremely clean, close to so many St. L attractions, with all the necessary amenities. The only reason it's not full five stars is the listing didn't clarify this is an upper story of a town house. It is quiet and 100% separate access, it was still not a whole house. Also, the neighborhood appears to be a mix of older homes and renovations so we were a bit apprehensive about it when we arrived. Nothing serious, but the area is developing. This is a great space. Not a centralized floor plan, but gorgeous living room with great kitchen. Hosts were lightening fast to respond to questions And so lovely and helpful. Parking was very easy too.

Cute house in a great location

We loved the house - bedrooms were spacious and we had everything we needed. It was clean and charming and the location is central to all the tourist things we wanted to do. Plus, several great local restaurants right there.

Clean and convenient

Property was clean with nice furniture, convenient part of town. Really nice place, lovely kitchen, good hosts. Wifi wouldn't connect to my phone after the first day, despite troubleshooting, but it worked on my laptop. Also, I got about 1 minute of hot water per shower before the water went lukewarm. I didn't complain about the water because I kept forgetting about it. The listing showed private parking, but when I booked I was in a hurry and didn't notice it was handicap-only (and even then with a special permit). This property is street parking, but I did not have any issues with that. There is space.

Charming, Relaxing Stay!

Our stay went seamlessly from check in to check out. The house was clean and comfortable. The location was charming and neat several great restaurants and little shops. We loved Damn Fine Hand Pies nearby. The house felt safe and private.

Great stay near botanical garden

What a cool place to stay! We really enjoyed the charm of this old house. There are beautiful stained glass windows, fireplace and trim. The kitchen and bathroom are up to date and had all the necessities. Nice location close to Tower Grove Park and the Missouri Botanical Garden.

Great location!

I was very pleased with our stay. I’m not very familiar with St. Louis and was a little nervous about finding a good neighborhood to stay in. This was a quiet neighborhood with families walking with small children daily. I was very glad we chose this home!
