Very well appointed home for large families or groups. This home includes a Chef's dream kitchen stocked for all your entertaining needs! Everyone can enjoy time together in the large main level that includes plenty of dining space with a large dining room, kitchen island, eat in kitchen and stunning screened in patio with al fresco dining and sitting area for relaxing after a day on the lake. The screened in patio includes a large television as well to catch all the big games while grilling or relaxing.

The main level also has three bedrooms. The master is on main with luxury bedding and a king bed. The bedroom overlooks the beautiful water. Wake up to a beatiful sunrise! The other two bedrooms on the main level include king beds and a shared bathroom. One of those bedrooms also has a walk out patio to the deck to enjoy your morning coffee.

You will find a laundry room and half bathroom off the garage on the main level as well. There is a small office with a Peloton Bike recently added. As you make your way downstairs you will continue to enjoy more areas to relax and entertain. The lower level living room has a comfy sectional couch and occasional chairs for watching movies and sporting events. Off the living area you will find pool table area and wet bar. The bar includes an ice maker as well which is great for icing down coolers for a day on the lake! Also on the lower level is a game room outfitted with an air hockey table and poker table for your favorite card nights. The lower level has another master bedroom with king bed and across the hall is a full bathroom. Additionally on the opposite side of the lower level is another bedroom with a Queen bedroom and outdoor patio walk out as well. There is also a half bath located off the bar area. As you move outside you will find a wonderful fire pit to enjoy evenings as well as several outdoor patio sets for relaxation. One fun surprise is an outdoor shower as well! Perfect for a quick rinse after swimming! There is access to the half bath directly from outside as well.

An additional bonus of this home back inside is the upstairs bonus level. Up here you will find a large bonus room perfect for a small family or kids that want to stay all together. The room is appointed with three (3) Queen beds and the he softest ugg bedding. This room also has a private full bathroom as well. This room is complete with a small sitting area, television and gaming unit as well.

The outdoor entertainment includes a dock with upper party deck. Bring your boat or Waverunners, as there are open ports for both on the dock! We provide a kayak and stand up paddle boards for even more fun on the water!

The walk to the water is a short gradual one and very easy for most people. This makes it easy for you to go back and forth from the dock to the house. We also provide beach towels (15) for your use as well.
