Perfect for large families, multi-generational groups, and dog owners, this luxurious 4bd/3ba cabin sleeps 12 and sits at the quiet end of a well-paved road offering peaceful privacy while still being just 5 minutes from downtown Blairsville.

Designed for unforgettable family fun, the home features a 7-person hot tub, fire pit with firewood provided, and a fully loaded game room with pool, shuffleboard, foosball, ping pong, Pac-Man, Nintendo Switch dock, giant yard games, and board games for every age.

Each of the four beautifully furnished bedrooms includes high-end linens, plush mattresses, and modern comforts to ensure deep relaxation.

✹ The home is lovely, warm and inviting......Tim and Katie have thought of everything to make their home comfortable and the perfect place to stay in the Georgia mountains. The view is the icing on the cake........ what a beautiful view they have from just about every room!
✹ The house was amazing with small thoughtful touches. My nieces loved the downstairs where there are so many games and things to keep the kids attention. I can’t rave enough about this place!
✹ If I could give a 6 star rating for Tim & Katie regarding their timely & prompt communication I would definitely do so! AWESOME hosts & lovely home!!
✹ This place is incredible and a stunning location. Last house on the block on a beautiful mountain side looking at sunset.
✹ Fabulous home with beautiful western-facing views of the sunset in the mountains. Loved the mural, fire pit and amenities! The basement setup was amazing with lots of entertainment for the big and little kids!

Tim and Katie are exceptional hosts and make sure their guests have a wonderful and relaxing visit with their personal attention to every detail. We’ve now stayed at several other VRBO sites and this has been our favorite visit by far and we can’t wait for a return trip.

We enjoyed our annual golf trip to the mountain’s at Tim’s cabin! The cabin is perfectly appointed for a group of friends or a family trip. We enjoyed the beautiful views, hot tub and game room area. We look forward to visiting again next year!

Sunny view certainly lived up to its name! Our family had an incredible time filled with amazing views and lots to do! We made some amazing memories and were really surprised at how convenient it was to town and all Blairsville has to offer. Here are a few sunsets we enjoyed. We would definitely recommend Sunny View cabin!

House That Has it All

Took a trip to the mountains with a group that included adults and teens. This house was perfect. Plenty of beds for all of us and room to spread out. So much to do in the house to keep everyone entertained on rainy days and nights. The views were amazing! A short drive to Blue Ridge and also Vogel Park that has great hiking trails.

Awesome rental house!

This rental supplied everything you need for a comfortable and fun stay. It has a beautiful view of the mountains right from your living room, window, balcony porch, fire pit, and hot tub. It is conveniently located to all the places we wanted to see, great hiking, and good restaurants and stores.Our entire family, young and old, thoroughly enjoyed their stay. Had a fantastic stay at Sunny View as a family of 4 for a long weekend relax and reset trip away. We have rented many cabins through the years and this one is by far THE BEST stocked. I brought crates with extra garbage bags, paper towels, oil, spices, coffee, towels, all the things you never seem to have on site but need. They had everything already on site. This home has owners who understand families' basic needs while traveling. The amount of entertainment on site literally kept us home some days to relish the views, sunsets, fires, hot tub, corn hole, pool, table shuffleboard, games etc etc. The views never get old and my son and I loved spending time in the adorable barrel sauna over looking the valley. Memories made and many special thanks to Tim and Katie for being so accessible and helpful.

We had a great time with several old college buddies from around the southeast who met for a few days of golf, laughs and reminiscing. The house is perfect for cooking dinner and enjoying the beautiful mountain sunsets. We used the fire pit every night and the nice coffee maker each morning. The house was very clean and bathrooms were well stocked with shampoos, etc. The hosts were in touch before and during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. We loved the seclusion yet closeness to Blairsville. Definitely a place I would return to and recommend to others.

Beautiful home

The pictures doesn’t do it justice it’s a lot nicer in person!! It’s beautifully decorated and clean! The hot tub and game room was wonderful. The owners were very much on the ball with anything we asked about. I would definitely stay again and would recommend it to anyone!

This property had a great location, a stunning western view of the Blue Ridge Mountains of North Georgia - and every possible amenity we could want for our stay.The location was 5 minutes away from Blairsville, GA yet very private.We particularly enjoyed the many wineries in the area - which weren't here 49 years ago when I was a college student working here for the summer of 1976.The host was extremely communicative - before, during and after our stay. That is a big deal!A word to the wise - I wasn't up to speed on liquor laws here, and we started our stay on a Sunday. The wineries were able to sell wine on location, but if you have a favorite beverage like beer, vodka or bourbon - you will be happy if you brought some with you...This was a terrific trip, and we'd come back here in a heartbeat when we get the fever to see this special place again.

The Blue Ridge Mountains have so much to offer and we decided to buy a second home to share with other like-minded people who love to spend quality time together and build life-long memories. Sunny View Cabin was the perfect spot for us - only 5 minutes from downtown Blairsville and close to numerous lakes, hiking trails, parks, and wineries. We hope you will enjoy this special place as much as we do!
