Recently built apartment located just a few meters from Miami's shopping district and Cala California. The apartment consists of: a fully equipped kitchenette, a living-dining room with access to the balcony, a double bedroom with a double bed, a double bedroom with two single beds, and a bathroom with a bathtub. Communal pool. Air conditioning in the living room. Prices are for a minimum stay of 7 nights. For shorter stays, long weekends, and bank holidays, please inquire.

Optional services to be paid on site and to be booked before your arrival:
