Great apartment in good area near everything.

Great sized apartment with everything needed for our weeks stay. Pool area ok. Area in near beach,restaurants and bars.

Good location and nice pool

We stayed here in June of 2019 for 12 days. 2 adults + 5 children. The apartment was clean and as described in the information on HomeAway.com. The apartment faces the other building on the property (5m balcony to balcony?) and is in the shade for most of the day. With no AC the temperature inside still remained comfortable with June outside temperatures. The pool is visible from the balcony. The balcony railing seemed a little low for my liking (also most light switches etc are also placed quite low). Some of the other apartments have added an extension to the railing which would be a nice addition here also. The garden and pool area are nice and well maintained. The entire property is surrounded by tall fence and locked gates. The children's pool is a little deeper than I would normally expect for children's pools and there are no stairs out of the water. There is a ~20cm edge to climb out of the pool. The location of the apartment is good. A 5 min walk to Mercadona for groceries and only one block to the beach. For pizza just walk across the road to get to TelePizza. This part of Salou is nice and relaxed compared to the hotel zone around Carrer de Carles Buïgas. The owner was very quick in his replies with Whatsapp and email. We were able to pay the rent and deposit with credit card thru HomeAway.com which is a very big + for me (adds a lot of payment security compared to bank transfers).

Très bon séjour

Nous avons passer un bon séjour, l’appartement est bien situé p j’avais peur que la piscines soit trop petite pour le nombre d’appartements mais finalement il n’y avait pas trop de monde. Il manquait juste la climatisation mais c’est moi qui n’est pas vu que ce n’était pas marqué dans l’annonce 😀

Séjour très agréable

Nous avons passés une très bonne semaine avec des amies à Salou. L’appartement était très bien, et bien équipé. Nous n’avons rencontré aucun problème. De plus, l’appartement est très bien situé dans la ville, très proche de la plage, de restaurants..

Emplacement idéal !

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour ,l'appartement est a proximité de la plage ,des commerces ,restaurants ,des animations et cela est un véritable atout !! Nous avons apprécié la piscine de la résidence. Résidence très bien entretenue ,personnel agréable et disponible . Enfin,le propriétaire est à l'écoute et disponible ,merci !

Mycket bra läge med ett fint pool område.

Lägenheten är spartansk och har 2 sovrum, en liten toalett och ett litet kök. Vi bodde 3 vuxna och 2 barn där i 2 veckor och det var jättebra. Balkong med markiser där vi alla lätt fick plats. Läget är jättebra med nära till stranden (ca 300 m), tågstationen (ca 400 m) och en bra Mercadona (ca 400 m). Det lummiga pool området har en barnpool och vanlig pool, där skugga kan fås under hela dagen. Enda minuset var att det ej fanns en ugn i lägenheten.
