On the ground floor, you enter through a large entrance hall (with air conditioning), which leads to a spacious living area with a lounge, a dining area for 12 people, and a fully equipped kitchen (4-burner gas hob, oven, dishwasher, LOR coffee maker, microwave, etc.). Air conditioning is available in the living room and kitchen. There is a large suite with a queen-size bed (160x200cm), a small sitting area, and an en-suite bathroom (bathtub, walk-in shower, and toilet). A second suite has a king-size bed (180x200cm) and an en-suite shower room (shower cubicle) open to the bedroom. There is also a bedroom with air conditioning and a queen-size bed (160x200cm). A separate toilet is also located on this floor. A laundry room with a washing machine and dryer completes the ground floor. On the first floor, the landing leads to a small sitting area with a library. There is also a first bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200cm) and a second bedroom with two single beds (90x200cm), more suitable for children. Then a third bedroom with a double bed (140x190cm). A bathroom with a bathtub and shower. And a separate toilet.

On the ground floor, enjoy a lovely covered terrace with garden furniture and a gas griddle. On an unfenced plot of approximately 5000m², there is a covered swimming pool (8x4m, 1.50m deep) with a dome, using salt and chlorine, open from May to mid-October. The pool can be heated outside these periods for rentals of at least 10 days. The jacuzzi shown in the photo is not functional.

There is a small, completely independent village veterinary clinic on the garden level, with no direct view of the cottage.

A few kilometers away, the medieval village of Issigeac charms visitors with its picturesque streets, half-timbered houses, and famous Sunday market. The region is also renowned for its vineyards, notably the Château de Monbazillac (less than 15 minutes away), offering panoramic views of the surrounding vineyards. Don't forget the Château de Bridoire, with its many family activities, the wine routes, fortified towns like Eymet and Monpazier, and local producers offering foie gras, walnuts, and Périgord specialties.
