The location of the Villa is in a very attractive quiet area of Golfo Aranci with stunning views across the bay. The pool and decking areas are both lovely and the living and dining amenities on the ground floor are very good with a beautiful veranda. However we were a party of 6 and I am afraid the two downstair bedrooms were not fit for purpose. We found this extremely disappointing especially considering the amount of money we had paid for our two week stay. The Villa needs a great deal more attention - the damp throughout the building is a huge problem, a lot of the bedding was not fit to use, many of the lights and the T.V’s were broken, the main gate to the Villa was damaged and not secure, and there was no internet. Would only recommend the Villa for 4 persons. Overall it is a beautiful Villa but it is one that needs a great deal more TLC!

Relaxing, great pool, wonderful views

We had a fantastic week at villa Iris. The pool and the view were definite highlights. We also loved the outdoor kitchen and BBQ area. The beds were very comfy, we didn't pay for a/c and it was just about ok for the end of May. The villa worked really well for the four of us (2 couples) but we didn't think it would be great for more people as the two bedrooms downstairs smelled very damp and there were only 4 sun loungers. The kitchen wasn't very well provisioned -it would have been good to have a tin opener, scissors, tea towels, bin bags, foil/cling film, cleaning spray, baking trays/dishes. We paid a lot of money for towels and bed linen and when we arrived there was only 1 big towel per person which is just ridiculous - you can't use the same towel for beside the pool and the shower. We then had to pay even more for extra towels which was a complete rip off. The bins/recycling were very confusing, there were detailed instructions about what to put in each bin and what days to take certain rubbish but when we got to the house there was only 1 bin and when I emailed to ask where the others were I didn't get a response. So we ended up keeping rubbish in various bags/boxes around the kitchen which wasn't ideal. The information about what to take on each day wasn't correct either, according to the man who works at the bin store. The best beach we went to was the closest one, beautiful clear water, peaceful setting and great beach bar. The local restaurant (sottomonte) was nice for one evening, but mostly we just enjoyed the outdoor kitchen and great views.

Tolles Haus mit mega Ausblick

Das Haus ist sauber und gepflegt. Manche Möbel könnten erneuert werden. Außenbereich und Pool sind sehr gepflegt und die Küche(n) gut ausgestattet. Der Blick aufs Meer ist sehr schön!!! Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen mit eigenem Parkplatz direkt vorm Haus. In wenigen Minuten ist man mit dem Auto am Strand und in der Stadt.

Ottima posizione, vista magnfica

Abbiamo trascorso dei giorni meravigliosi, la villa è a pochi minuti dalla bellissima spiaggia di Cala Sassari dove ci sono anche chioschi per mangiare e noleggiare lettini e ombrellone. Il giardino è coloratissimo e curato, la piscina confortevole e cristallina. Vista sul mare e su Capo Figari incantevole. Le cucina interna è poco spaziosa, ma è presente una grande veranda coperta e con vetrate scorrevoli con una seconda cucina e un grande tavolo per mangiare.

Amazing location and pool; villa could be better equipped

The setting of the villa is fantastic and the views are even better than the photos on the website. The pool is a very good size and outside area is very pleasant. We paid extra for the air conditioning which is a must in August. The downstairs bedrooms were fine albeit slightly inconvenient as they cannot be accessed from inside the villa as only one set of keys is provided and doors self lock it is very easy to get locked out (although thankfully we were careful!). On the negative side it’s strange to have to pay for linen separately and it should be part of the price you pay up front. The email instructing us of this went into my spam and it was fortunate I found it otherwise we could have arrived late at night and found no bedding! The villa really should be better equipped as it sleeps 8. There are only 4 sun beds (although outside sofa kind of makes up for it) and only 5 wine glasses and no other large glasses. It would cost a few Euros to put that right. We did have a fantastic time though and would definitely recommend.

KEIN WLAN!!! Wunderschöne Lage mit genialem Ausblick. Auto unbedingt erforderlich! Das Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt. Das Haus ist für 8 Personen und hat leider nur 4 Liegen am Pool. Zwei Schlafzimmer und ein Badezimmer im Untergeschoss (ziemlich dunkel) Ganz toller Poolservice. Insgesamt ein wunderschönes Haus!

Super Lage und ein toller Pool. Die Terrasse hat einen super Ausblick. Dort kann man schöne Abende verbringen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen bestimmt wieder. Als kleine Anmerkung: Ein Tisch und Stühle auf der Terrasse wären super. Ebenso ein kleiner Abstelltisch für Getränke bei der Couch.

Byli jsme ve vile měsíc. Poloha je skvělá, bazén a výhled, stejně tak klid. Velké mínus je nefunkční TV, přípojky, občasný problém s výpadky elektřiny, vrzavé dveře všude. Vrzavé postele. Malá výbava kuchyně. Málo úložného prostoru. Velmi špatné pojetí třídění odpadu - ve větší skupině takřka nemožné. Půjčení dětských postýlek a sedaček 20 EUR za kus, ale jsou staré a bez matrace. Celkově je ale místo skvělé a vrátili bychom se, jen ty nedostatky doladit a je to ráj!

Grundlegend toll

Wir haben jetzt eine tolle Woche in diesem Haus verbracht. Grundlegend ist das Haus echt toll, aber es gibt auch eine Gründe zu bemängeln. Am schlimmsten ist die Ausstattung, es ist zwar alles vorhanden, aber nichts passt mehr zusammen. Einiges ist kaputt und schmudelig. Die liegen zum Beispiel sind absolut unbrauchbar und nicht in genügender Anzahl vorhanden. Der Pool total vom Wasser unterlaufen da an einer Stelle die Poolfolie nicht mehr befestigt ist. Größter Mangel waren allerdings die Bett

Schönes Haus, tolle Lage!

Das Haus war sehr schön und nett eingerichtet. Es war alles da, was man benötigt. Wir waren mit 8 Personen im Haus. Ein bisschen mehr Besteck, Gläser und Teller wären gut, dann muss man nicht nach jedem Essen spülen, ebenso eine weitere Couch auf der Terrasse oder ähnliches wäre super, besonders mit 8 Personen. Wir haben Ewigkeiten auf der Terrasse verbracht, einfach nur wegen diesem traumhaften Ausblick. Der Pool ist ebenfalls ein Traum und wird 2x die Woche gereinigt. Die Kommunikation mit der Verwalterin wahr sehr unkompliziert und per Handy immer sofort zur Verfügung. Die Lage ist ebenfalls top, Olbia 20 Minuten mit dem Auto, die nächsten Strände max. 10 Minuten und Golfo Aranci ebenfalls in 10 Minuten. Es gibt viele gute Restaurants in der Umgebung. Insgesamt ein toller Urlaub mit 3 Generationen und wir würden dieses Haus auf jeden Fall nochmal buchen.

Super sted for 2 familier

Lad os starte med det vigtigste... beliggenheden og udsigten. For en gangs skyld lever det hele op til forventningerne og billederne i “kataloget”. Udsigten er fantastisk fra poolen og den store overdækkede terrasse. Vores 2x2 børn (10-14 år) sagde straks “helle” for de 2 værelser i kælderen og så havde vi voksne 2 værelser med eget badeværelse i stuen. Det er nødvendigt med bil til alt. Madrasserne trænger til at blive udskiftet, men derudover er det et skønt sted. Bedste råd... prøv at spise på restauranten 100 meter fra huset og tag på delfinsafari (med indbygget snorkeltur). Vi kommer gerne igen en anden gang.
