Caletta Nest 11 is a two-level apartment with well-distributed spaces and breathtaking sea views. On the ground floor there is a living room with kitchenette, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The lower floor hosts a double bedroom and a twin bedroom connected to each other, plus a second bathroom with shower. The environment is quiet and welcoming, ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach or on an excursion.

The panoramic terrace offers a splendid view of the Gulf of Cugnana, ideal for admiring sunrise or sunset over the sea of north-eastern Sardinia. The property also includes a private covered parking space and is just a few meters from the complex's tennis court and seasonal shared swimming pool.

• Signing a holiday rental agreement is mandatory. The contract will be in Italian; we will provide a courtesy copy in English.

Keys are collected and documents signed at the Klodge Reception – Via Pescara 11, Olbia, just minutes from Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport.

A door-to-door waste separation system is in place. Purchase the appropriate bags and dispose of waste correctly before departure.
