There's no better place for a Hatteras Island getaway than Easy 'n Breezy, a home that sits across the street from the Pamlico Sound in the coveted Kinnakeet Shores neighborhood of Avon. Enjoy a private pool and hot tub, as well as a walkway to the sound for quick water sports access across the road.

This home's modern design and craftsmanship, comfortable furnishings, and luxurious style instantly welcome you in. Two levels of covered decks out front invite you to watch kiteboarders by day and the east coast's favorite sunsets by night. The back side of the home has two levels of sundecks that overlook the private pool and the lush wetlands in the backyard. The private hot tub is located on the first-level back deck.

With three primary bedrooms and a pair of rooms for the kids connected by a bathroom, this home is spacious enough for the whole group. A lounge area sits on the first level just off the front deck, offering a large TV and a plush couch.

The great room on the top floor - composed of the kitchen, dining, and living areas - has high ceilings and plenty of windows that frame amazing views. The immaculate kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a large breakfast bar. The front and back top-level decks are easily accessed from here, offering sweeping views of the surrounding landscape.

Packed with elegance and finished with a fresh beach vibe, this home could easily become the headquarters for your annual family beach getaway.

Overall, the house wasn't bad. Not crazy about Vacasa. I probably won't book through them again.

Pool and Hot Tub were nice. The view was pretty. I like the large Kitchen and Living area. House was laid out nicely.

Annual Vacation

This was our first time in OBX. Beautiful weather, except the biting bugs. Not a ton to do in Avon, but still a great time.

Great House!

Beautiful home located on the Sound side of the island. Multiple walking trails and boardwalks nearby. Very peaceful neighborhood. House was clean and had everything needed, including several rolls of toilet paper and travel sized soap, shampoo, and conditioner in each bathroom. Kitchen is very well stocked. We did not find it difficult to cook meals for 10 people. House is very spacious, including several decks, a nice sized hot tub and pool. Rooms were large with very nice bathrooms. There is a grocery store and several great restaurants/bars very close by. We had a great time and would rent this home again!

Pros. Beautiful place, spacious, good sized kitchen family room, and bedrooms. Cons. Check in at 5 even though no one was in day before, no lockable storage on ground level( owners have ample space to spare) no insulation between floors ( you can hear every footstep made in the kitchen...... But would stay again, pros outway the cons

Fishing Weekend

Nice to have sheets, towels and hand soap provided. Good location. House was clean. Would have been nice to have had towels in the kitchen. Will definitely rent this one again.

Beautiful home

The house was spacious, quick access to the sound, the view was beautiful, the kitchen was huge and the decks were perfect to enjoy the atmosphere. The downside was there was no access to beach equipment (as stated in the description), there were ants in the kitchen, only shampoo was provided (no body wash, conditioner or hair dryer), and all shower curtains were moldy on the shower side.

Great view and perfect acces

We really enjoyed our stay in that house. The only thing we would recommend from the owner would be to split the central locker in two so that the owner and the gests would have a place to put their equipment. Thank you to every body at Vacasa and Outerbeaches

Kite/Surf Trip
