Catch a flick on the TV while sitting on comfortable furnishings, including two new sofas, in the living room area with arched ceilings. Pull up a stool to the breakfast bar and enjoy a treat prepared in the brightly lit kitchen area, which, along with the dining room, has brand-new flooring. A separate den will be a peaceful place to steal away and read a book or write a postcard to friends back home. After a long, fun-filled day at the beach, you'll be ready for a break and can take a short nap in any of the three restful bedrooms.

The Beacon offers multiple TVs, two DVD players, and two stereo/CD players to help keep you occupied while indoors. Plenty of covered and open decks will afford you great views of the canal leading into the sound. While you're waiting for one of those amazing sunsets, take a dip in the hot tub while sipping on a cool beverage. You'll also get to enjoy a Free OBR Pool Pass in Avon during your stay for when you need a break from the beach. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.
