Cozy Victoria Beach Cottage *Hot Tub*Deck*Ski and Beach Adventures

Updated December 25th, 2023 - We are now renting Cross Country Ski's. We have a variety of sizes, but its limited to start. If you let us know what you need in advance we can likely put something together and have it ready for you when you arrive at the cabin. If you are interested we can forward you the rental rates, We have kept it affordable by providing used skis at about half the standard rates.

August 2023 - update - we have added a huge deck that wraps around the cottage from front to back , along with patio lights and additional furniture. The outdoor shower is installed and is in operation from May to October. This is a cozy cabin. The building was originally the old Victoria beach post office which we now have converted it into a two bedroom cabin with an open concept kitchen, dining, and living room. There is a small front porch that accommodates a seating or eating area with a BBQ and a 4-6 person hot tub. This cottage includes a brand new efficient and easy to light wood stove, which makes the cottage extra cozy if you at the lake in the Winter, Cross Country Skiing, Ice Fishing, Snowmobiling etc. We will also provide a bundle of firewood with your stay. More is available for sale if you need it.

It’s a neat cabin that has been completely renovated. We’ve upgraded the entire building with the exception of the classic rustic floors that came directly out of David’s store. David’s Store building was demolished decades ago, but we were able to repurpose the wood, which adds to the charm to the cottage.

The cottage can sleep 8 people, however 8 people is a bit cozy, as it requires using the two pull out single beds from under the queen and double beds in the two bedrooms and also using the fold out double sofa bed. Though perfect for families with children!
There is also screened in the front porch and landscaping to add to the outdoor experience and privacy.

The cottage is located on the edge of the vehicle restricted area of Victoria Beach with the convenience of being able to drive right up and park at the cottage. There is an easy to follow forest trail from the back of the property that takes you into the restricted area onto Pine Road where you can walk and bike without vehicle traffic. In the winter there is a direct connection to miles of groomed ski trails.

Victoria beach has plenty of summer and winter activities. In the winter enjoy the cross country ski trails, snowmobile trails, toboggan hill, outdoor skating rink and curling club. In the summer there is of course the beautiful white sand beaches, play grounds, community store, library, Village Green Bakery with all sorts of treats. All located within 5-10 minute bike ride of the cottage.
