All Decked Out is perched on the hill overlooking the Black River with views of Lake Michigan in the distance. Living up to it's moniker, there are sliding doors to the west side decks on all three levels for wonderful views and fresh lake breezes. No need to pay for beach parking or worry about searching for a parking spot, South Beach and the Splash Pad are only 3 blocks away!

All Decked Out is only two blocks from the vibrant downtown, so you can forgo the car for your entire vacation. No need to wonder what's happening in town - watch the fishing charters & sailboats head out to the lake and the activities at Riverfront Park are within view. Sipping an evening beverage is especially delicious from this vantage point. 

The main level features an open kitchen, large dining table and sliding doors to the deck for more dining and grilling options. Floor to ceiling windows bring in abundant natural light, and the views make each meal together just a bit more flavorful and fun. This main gathering level also offers a full bathroom and one bedroom with a queen bed.

The middle level offers another gathering space, again featuring floor to ceiling windows and access to the middle level deck.  An additional snack kitchen includes a second refrigerator, microwave, bar sink and gas range. The second full bathroom is on this level, as well as Bedrooms 2 and 3.  Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, and Bedroom 3 is the alcove with two twin high aero beds, forming a suite that is especially well suited for families.

The top level of All Decked Out is accessed via a spiral staircase, and offers four twin beds. Sliding screen doors at either end of this large open space let fresh lake breezes pass through, and in combination with the skylights it's a cheery, bright sleeping space. Standing on the top deck will feel like the the top of the world and miles away from ordinary.

A downtown location like this is pretty rare, and there are a few details you'll need to keep in mind when planning your trip. Parking is limited to a small driveway that is best suited for one vehicle. Additional vehicles can be put on the street or at one of the free public parking lots just 2 blocks away. Being close to the river and downtown means you'll hear boat traffic, riverfront concerts, the chatter of passersby and similar "town" sounds. Other than loading up groceries and beverages, you'll probably never need the car, so bring your walking shoes as well as your flip flops, and experience the fun of  South Haven's "All Decked Out".
