Intracoastal waterfront, steps from sugar WHITE SAND beach with FREE parking. Fully RENOVATED from top to bottom, this 400sf apartment offers a spacious WALK-IN shower, soft/comfortable bed, and full kitchen. Chill out in the COURTYARD or by the water after a day at the beach, water sporting fun, or simply exploring the island. For a clean, relaxing, and AFFORDABLE getaway, choose Anchors UP.
Beach/Shops/Restaurants/Bars-10minute walk; Pier 60/Marina/N. Beach-15 minute walk

Anchors UP is one of a handful of remaining structures from the 1940's-50's motel BOOM days on the island. Everything on the island is within walking distance, including world class restaurants, beach shops, wine bars, beach bars and cigar bars! If needed, take advantage of Florida Free rides, the Jolley Trolley or Pinellas County Bus system.

We do not have a front-desk or a common indoor area. However, there is common outdoor area for all guests to enjoy.

Host was spot on when ask a question. Thanks for that. Place was clean inside and out. Walking distance to everything is true. Only used our rental car 1 time.It was true about the smoke alarm going off when the toaster was used but we just laughed about it so was fine.

The place was perfect for our needs, it was clean and close to everything. The AC was very difficult to figure out, but it was not that big of a deal since we really did not need to use it. The smoke alarm was very sensitive, and went off every time I used the toaster, make sure to run the ceiling fan when using the toaster!

Wonderful stay. Anchors up was a beautiful well maintained property. My wife and I enjoyed sitting on the dock and relaxing in the evening. Perfect place to stay in Clearwater Beach! Everything was as advertised.

Nice place close to activities

Nice little facility perfect for a couple to spend some time. A dock to sit on and enjoy a beverage and and easy walk to experience the beach and nightlife Communication, check in/checkout, finding the place.. everything went very well.

Had a great time!

Location was great but be prepared to walk to eat and the beach. It was Spring break week so area was busy. I was disappointed we had to go buy paper towel, toilet paper, plates etc. Otherwise we had a fantastic stay. We saw several dolphins on the bay in the morning and evening.

Cute little gem

This was a great little place! We loved the proximity to the beach, shopping and food. It was 3 blocks to the beach which was great We had a little issue with the door not locking and the property manager was friendly and prompt. The location was quiet but also close to whatever you wanted to do in Clearwater.

Relaxing Get-away close to beach

Anchors Up #1 was everything the listing described. The setting is so peaceful and yet close enough to walk to the beach, restaurants, shops, and more. We loved coffee on the dock and evenings enjoying the patio space. It had everything we needed for a quiet respite. We would happily stay here again! If you need beach chairs, beach towels, or other equipment, area shops have them available for purchase or rent.

Great Stay

I love the property it was amazing. Very close to the beach and food. I love being able to seat on the deck and look at the water. I highly recommend staying here.

I grew up in Oklahoma(BOOMER SOONER!) and Li grew up in mainland China. We met as coworkers in Tampa in 2008 and the rest is history. We both got in to real estate in 2016 and then discovered the vacation rental industry. And we love it!

Our home base is about an hour from the beach. We enjoy our dogs, RV travel, and playing poker(Li is a semi-pro).
