Our modern farmhouse mountain home has the most beautiful view of Missoula and yet so close to downtown and the university. There is so much space inside (5000 square feet) with 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms to make your stay comfortable. The formal living room, separate dining room, and huge great room including a family room, eating area, and breakfast nook along with a huge kitchen with top of the line appliances will help make you all feel at home away from home. Outside our home you will find plenty to do without even driving with a hiking trail outside the front door that leads to the Sousa Trail and the Barnmeyer Loop with an overlook that will take your breath away along with connections to the new Dean Stone Mountain trail (over 12 miles of hiking trails). It has the best of both worlds- Montana mountain life, yet close to everything downtown Missoula has to offer!

We had an amazing stay! We were in Missoula for the UM graduation and the house was perfect for the number of folks that had flown in. The view was incredible and the distance from campus made the drive easy. The kitchen was well equipped and there wasn't a lot that we might have needed that wasn't already there.

What an amazing home to spend Easter weekend in. The quietness, safe walking/running trails, and that endless view, WOW! I wish we could reserve this home every time we come to town. As my son would say, "it's our palace for the weekend."

We had an excellent stay. The view is second to none in Missoula. The trail and walking paths around the neighborhood were fabulous and the large open concept of the living, dining and kitchen worked great for our small family gatherings. The kitchen was so fun to cook in with double ovens and well stocked with cooking and baking supplies. The host was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay again.

What a beautiful home!!!! Very clean and great amenities. Spectacular sunrises and sunsets every day! Absolutely loved the morning and evening visits from all the Deer's! The trail just behind the home was wonderful for an early morning hike as well. Thank you, Joy for such a memorable stay!!

House was perfect for our ‘family reunion’. Great location and views, close to everything for us,!

Wonderful views of Missoula

The location was private but conveniently close to town. You can’t beat the views and the layout of the house was perfect for our group of nine. There’s a walking trail close to the house plus a well stocked entertainment area with an air hockey game. We really enjoyed our stay.

Food Fishing Extravaganza

Loved the views over cocktails after a day of fly fishing while dinners were made in the spacious kitchen! Easy getting there !

An absolutely stellar property

If you're looking for the perfect place to stay in Missoula that is modern, clean, has plenty of room, and with a view that won't quit? This is the place to stay. We had a gathering of friends and family, six of us in all, and we couldn't have been more pleased with our stay. It had everything we needed and more. The owners were easy to communicate with, and responded right away to our questions. 5 stars, across the board.
