*PLEASE NOTE: SunDestin Beach Resort is undergoing a property modernization project. Construction may occur daily between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., including weekends if needed, and guests may experience construction noise and minor inconveniences. Outdoor amenities (excluding the hot tub) are currently closed and are expected to reopen in Spring 2026. Dates and timelines are subject to change.

Located in the SunDestin Resort, this beachfront condo is coastal living at its finest. The prime location leaves you within a leisurely stroll or bike ride to local attractions and restaurants. Sit out on your ocean-view balcony and enjoy a refreshing cocktail while the sound of the waves soothes.

This lovely condo features a well-furnished bedroom with a flatscreen TV and en suite bathroom. When you stay at SunDestin, take advantage of shared amenities such as a pool, hot tub, grill, gym, and sauna. Added perks of this family-friendly stay include complimentary WiFi, cable, and central air-conditioning.

Things to Know
Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Ongoing construction and amenity closures are to be expected. Construction is predicted to be completed Spring 2026.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Great stay

We would definitely use this spot again. We traveled with 3 kids 2 of which were toddlers. The quick access to the beach was amazing and made it easy. I recommend bringing your own comfy blanket as only sheets were provided for the beds out if the master room. Extra towels and cartoon channels on the tv were great to have. From the hallway it seems kind it sketchy but once inside the room its great.

Excellent Location

The location of this place is central to so many activities & restaurants. The unit itself is right off the elevator which was convenient. The view was nice & the condo roomy, clean & comfortable. It rained a few days & we didn’t feel on top of each other. Only thing we didn’t like was the ridiculous amount of room the vendor for umbrellas & chairs took up on the beach. They were very expensive to rent & they left minimal room on the beach for our own chairs & shade sail. We had to sit in between the rentals. That was the only negative.

Could’ve been cleaner

The furniture was worn a lot of heat spots on tables. The mattress protector on the pull out coach was nasty had multiple blood stains we couldn’t use it. A lot of hair and sand on the floor. Was thankful for the view unfortunately the ac system is also on the balcony, very noisy and it puts out a lot of heat. The tiles are also lifting on the balcony. The beach is very nice

Very Uncomfortable Stay

Where do I begin with the list of things wrong with this condo? The sheets had long black hairs in them, the toilet broke on day 1, the light in the bathroom would overheat and multiple times we had to pee in the dark, the refrigerator was super loud, the floors and carpet were filthy, the outside deck furniture was so dirty we never used it, the construction going on was HORRIBLE!!! Make sure you go to bed early because the jackhammers start at 7:30 am promptly, not enough parking spaces, there’s only 4 luggage carts for a thousand people- we had to wait forever at check in for a luggage cart- they had no idea where they were, the light in the kitchen didn’t work, the refrigerator had dried spilled milk and sticky stuff in it, the bathroom floor was sticky, the closet door in the bathroom had greasy fingerprints on it, basically everything in this condo is worn out- definitely not a maintained condo.

Awesome place to visit back

I love the fact that we're just in front of the beach. Love it. Although, there's a hit and miss in the condo we stayed in but overall, we are definitely considering it again. Just replace the microwave. It has a mind of his own. Lol. Thanks!
