Condo was clean but needs to be updated. Couldn’t get a beach chair on front row all week. Enjoyed the pool and bar at pool. Check in and out was very easy.

Enjoyed our family vacation to Destin. Staying in this condo was so nice with the gorgeous views. Two nice pools and two hot tubs. We used a wheelchair in this condo. This condo does not have an open concept, but it was still easy to maneuver the wheelchair through. Condo was clean and location was perfect.

Great condo

The location and condo was great. The food and service at the Tipsea Turtle which is the on site bar was really good. The only downside to the condo itself was the mattress in the master bedroom. It was very hard and felt cheap. However this would not stop me from staying at this condo again.

Very nice condo in well maintained building.

The condo was nice and clean. The building and pools are well maintained. The beach area is beautiful, of course. We had three adult couples and two young children. There was plenty of living space and a bathroom for each bedroom. We would stay here again. The management company was excellent and went the extra mile.

Family Vacation

We had a wonderful time in Destin on our family vacation. The rental was clean and had plenty of room for 4 of us. The view from the balcony is amazing! Would definitely stay again.

Not the best unit.

cockroach In the balcony. Master bedroom have fly with maggot. Very terrify. Overall building facility is convenient but the unit is not satisfactory.

Excellent. The view from the condo was outstanding. The proximity to the pool and beach was wonderful. Parking underneath the building was helpful when it rained. The elevators were efficient.

1704E Little outdated but still nice.

Room size was great and appliances were great but needs a Keurig and the furniture and decor were a tad dark and outdated. Michelle at Destin Beach Realty was great and helpful.

A great place in Destin

We had an amazing time! The place was clean and met our family needs. The view is incredible! We saw stingrays, dolphins, and sharks from the balcony! The instructions were clear and the property management was easy to get a hold of. Check in/out you have to bring the keys to the property management office. The place is a little dated and the carpet has some stains. A more comfortable mattress in the master bedroom is needed. I weould definately consider staying here again!

A Tired Condo

This property was listed to sleep 8 … there was barely room for 4 adults + 1 child in living area. Very cramped. The furniture on the balcony had mildew and stains on fabric cushions and the “woven synthetic” on rest of chairs was very worn. Having rented other condos at this property, this unit was definitely subpar … from nicked paint on walls to the bath towels seeing a better day. Compared to others, ill appointed as well. Overall … a very tired condo. Would not rent this space again but Silver Beach Towers is a great property with other wonderful units.

Great balcony

Wonderful area. Not clean. Half empty water bottles, used soap, fruit behind curtains. Didn’t like having to pick up and drop off keys off site in horrendous traffic. Needed crib or pac n play.

Easy access to everything in Destin. Great communication with the owner. Clean condo. Quiet, comfortable, and plenty of room. Great view of the beach.

Wonderful Family Vacation

Very nice accommodations. Lots of space! Beds were comfortable! Everything supplied we needed. Very secure. Private beach. Elevator worked great! Everything was perfect!!! Thanks! Can’t wait to go back!

Enjoyable time had by all

Nice place, very clean and kept up. Easy access to beach and pool. Comfortable beds. If I had 1 small complaint is very difficult when you arrive , have to go off site to retrieve keys and passes. Which wouldn’t be a problem but GPS takes you way off base. Luckily my daughter went right to condo to wait and ran into another agent who gave her land marks to find ( it really is easy and right off on 98). So we will definitely stay again. Thank you

Granddaughter’s Dance Competition 2022

The Unit had everything we needed. We appreciate the list of things ahead of time that we would need to bring with us. The view, the balcony, the beach, and the pool was fabulous. We enjoyed many nearby restaurants. We loved being able to walk to nearby activities, too.

Heaven!!

Everything from start to finish was wonderful! I’ve never ever booked a vacation & I thought I’d have things messed up completely but it was so easy & the “house” was absolutely amazing!!! My in laws had never been on a vacation & enjoyed every second! I would 100% come back & stay at this exact place!!
