NEW: King Bed and Keurig. Step back in time in our quaint cottage right on beautiful Lake Hamilton. In the spring, summer, and early fall, you'll enjoy fishing, swimming, boating, and wildlife watching right off our deck. We have two kayaks available for guests to use. Lounge on the large deck right on the water. Space for parking a boat under dock or on parking lot. Centrally located 15 minutes from Oaklawn and historic downtown Hot Springs. Wi-Fi. Equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, sleeps 5.

Great for watching ducks, geese, other wildlife and walking/hiking. Get a restful night's sleep or venture out to Hot Springs nearby activities - theme park, museums, restaurants, horse racing/gambling, Bath House Row, shopping, beautiful views from mountain tops.

We do not allow smoking, pets, or parties.

Please note: Lake Hamilton and other area lakes managed by Entergy have a yearly water let down beginning in November and until March. During that time, boating and fishing from the cottage are not possible.

Amazing place to stay

Amazing place to stay. Pretty close to town by road. The dock was great to fish from and hangout and listen to the feogs at night.

Perfect cabin for Relaxation

It was my first time in Hot Springs. We very much enjoyed our stay. The cabin was quaint and comfortable. Highly recommend for a getaway!

Huge porch!

It was wonderful, very clean. Ducks and geese flew in at night and hung out under the dock. Nice and quiet at night too.

Great Place to Relax

The deck is fabulous! It is over the lake with lots of fun bird and people watching to do. None of us were into water sports, but I you are this would be a great place. The cabin is clean with plenty of amenities. The host was so gracious and welcoming! Next time I’m in Hot Springs this is where I want to stay!

Great place for relaxation

The house had everything we needed inside and out. It was so peaceful and we loved relaxing on the balcony. My kids especially loved watching the turtles, ducks and geese.

Great place to relax

Really wonderful place for a relaxing couple days or some time on the lake. Kitchen has everything you could imagine for cooking. Bed was extremely comfortable and water pressure was great. We loved our stay here.

Awesome Getaway

Cabin was nice cozy cabin. I love the traditional feel of the cabin. It's how a lake cabin should feel with all the things you desire. But getting the true feel of being away from everything.

This property was perfect for our group of 4. It has everything you need, & the outside Deck is very spacious. Great place to stay, & the Host is very responsive & great to deal with. Beautiful view of the water.

Awesome time!

This property was the perfect place to enjoy Lake Hamilton on a quiet cove. The neighbors were all very nice. The A/C was nice and cold. The fishing was great. We also visited nearby Hot Springs National Park and Lake Ouachita. The kids had a great time.

Relaxing Getaway

This property was perfect for a weekend on the lake. Everything was clean, and the owner was very responsive to ensure that everything went well. There is beautiful nature and wildlife in this tucked away cove. Would definitely recommend staying here for any families looking to enjoy the best of Hot Springs.

Lake House

We enjoyed our stay! This is an old family lake house that was perfect for our trip to Hot Springs. We spent our mornings at Ron Coleman quartz mine & the Crater of Diamonds State park. The lake house was the perfect place to cool off & enjoy the evenings on the water.

Short getaway

The cabin was clean, well-stocked, and just as advertised. It’s certainly rustic, but we thought it was cute and comfy! I couldn’t believe how quiet it was there! I slept great! We really enjoyed the deck out over the water. It was a great place to eat meals and hang out.

Great Cabin

We had such a great time. The cabin was perfect for my husband and I. We brought our bass boat and we were able to dock it right below the deck. Emily was so incredibly helpful and friendly. She really goes the extra distance to make you feel comfortable. The snacks were a nice touch and having a fully stocked kitchen was perfect because we prefer to cook.

Big Dock Cabin Review

Our stay in Arkansas was fun. The cabin was a little older and smaller than expected and the photos on the website were a little out dated but overall it was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The driveway into the cabin was very steep and could use repairs. The dock was huge and perfect for fishing and relaxing. There were 2 kayaks available for us to use which was fun for the time spent at the cabin. There were no issues that needed the owners attention but she did leave her contact information just in case.
