Fast Internet! Great for a solo, friends, family, or remote working. 20 minutes from Downtown Austin, the Lake and 3.5 miles to the HEB Center for concerts. We have toys, books, puzzles. On a corner in a cul de sac with the greenbelt behind us. You will find plenty of parking space, low traffic, and a wide space to run your dog or even fly a kite. Enjoy our large kitchen, media studio/4th bedroom, and library nook to accommodate a variety of interests. Relaxing and/or excitement awaits!

This property is very special, a miracle property. I feel like it was built to bring peace, productivity and celebration. I have hosted events in the yard with banquet tables as an event planner and had family and friends over for brainstorming, working and relaxation. I am excited to open it up to all who feel the sparkle when they see this place.

We have a lovely antique grand piano with a library area reminiscent of the 1800s. It is very versatile for all needs. It is the inclusive home.
