Keep calm at this peaceful, centrally-located Palm Springs condo. Only minutes away from nearby shopping centers, Palm Springs Airport, and Downtown area! Two-story, corner condo with only one shared wall. Located within the popular Tahquitz Creek Golf course, where you can often watch golfers play.

Clean and quiet gated community, where you can relax after a tiring or busy day. The main bedroom is equipped with a king-sized hybrid bed with a nice view of the San Jacinto mountain. Second bedroom is equipped with a full-sized bed. Both are perfect to just sink and doze into. An additional daybed is located on the first floor that converts into a king-sized bed.

The living area offers ample lighting, furnished with gel foam sofa and 2 swivel accent chairs. Catch up with your shows using Netflix, Prime, Spectrum, HBO, Hulu, and Disney+ on a 55 in Samsung LED TV. Don’t forget to log out of your account!

The kitchen is equipped with eating and cooking utensils, as well as kitchen appliaces.
Coffee/tea bar also available with Keurig coffee maker.
Washer/dryer available in unit with laundry supplies.
Free wifi.
Pet-friendly community (pets must be on a leash).

Parking:

One assigned covered parking for unit dweller and one uncovered guest parking. There is one right in front of the unit.

Front door is a coded padlock. Passcode will be available upon check in.
Back patio door entrance with key box.

The home is very accommodating and well kept. Highly recommended and will stay here again. Only one negative that is nothing the owners can do anything about. The neighbors smoke A LOT out on the adjoining patio. Kind of a bummer.

Overall the property was just as described on the VRBO app. This was a perfect location as it was not too far from the downtown area, and would definitely consider this unit for future stays.

Great experience in a nice quiet setting

Really cool little condo, plenty of space, right on the golf course and very private. Place was very clean and set up nicely. Had everything we needed inside, including towels, coffee, wifi, washer/dryer, etc. Was a very comfortable stay and would definitely select this place again.

Nice respite

Nice get away for us. Enjoyed the property and view very much. Good to be located on the corner of the building, two sitting areas to maximize sunshine and warmth. Owner was very attentive to our needs!!

Lovely end unit

The unit was light-filled, well laid out, and the host provided lots of items for our comfort. We enjoyed the location with its easy access to restaurants and downtown Palm Springs.

Birthday visit

We enjoyed the property. Kitchen was nicely stocked for stay in dinner preparations. Very quiet at night. Friendly neighbors and we enjoyed the pool/spa. Couldn’t find any cushions for the patio couch and the walls could use some more art.

Great stay

The unit was exactly as described. Very clean. Right on the golf course so was great to sit on patio and enjoy the outdoors. Would definitely stay here again. Owner was very helpful and quick to respond. Check in and out went very smoothly.

Palm Spring getaway

Came for weekend "recharge" and got that! Unit was clean and nicely decorated. Perfect for two girlfriends who just wanted to relax, sit by the pool and enjoy the beautiful desert weather.

Great Location

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was really nice and well equipped with everything you could need. Loved the flooring, I have allergies so the less carpet the better. It had a Keurig and a Nespresso machine lots of towels for the pool. Our host was very quick to respond to any questions we had. Only minutes from town and lots of spas!

Quick Palm Springs trip

What a great property! It’s a quiet end unit with a nice view over the golf course, & has great walking paths throughout the property. The accommodation was well stocked & included great details of chocolates & coffee! Marseille was quick & thorough with communication & made booking & staying at this property easy!

January Getaway

Mars Space fit our needs perfectly for a January getaway to Palm Springs. It is centrally located in the Palm Springs/Palm Desert area and only a few minutes from the airport. The Tahquitz Creek Golf Club, on which it is located, is open to the public. Very clean unit and Marsielle was very attentive to our needs.

Great location on fairway

Marseille has a corner unit with a lot of grass area around it. Great if you have kids to let them run around. Unit itself is very clean and well cared for. Be aware you are in the flight path of the airport, but we didn’t find it bothersome at all.

Great location in Palm Springs!

Nice, clean, updated condo in a great location in Palm Springs. Just a few minutes from everywhere, including the airport. Marseille was very attentive when needed, which was only when the power went out for 18 hours in the complex. Brought over flashlights even when we said don’t worry about it. Unit was clean, modern and very comfy.

Beautiful property, very convenient location and outstanding host

This property was absolutely a joy stay in. It was modern, very clean, open and airy feeling and had a beautiful ambiance. Additionally, it was in a gated community that was well taken care of and was right on the golf course. The location of the property was very convenient to anywhere that we wanted to go. The host was lovely and was very responsive to all questions that we had prior to coming. She also left wonderful little amenities such as cold water in the fridge, different flavors of coffee and delicious candy for us. We just loved it and plan to rent it again as soon as we can steal away for another long weekend!

One of the BEST VRBO's

This is a great condo in Palm Springs. The home is spotless, easy communication with the homeowner and great location. Very quiet and the views are wonderful for sitting back and relaxing. The plans do fly over but it's not all day and not early or late at night. Didn't bug us at all. Sitting on the back deck looking onto the golf course with the hills in the distance was so relaxing. The house is very well stocked even had a super coffee bar area. I would stay at this location again! Thank you for making our vacation amazing

Beautiful, Quiet, Easy Access to Downtown

My daughter (12) and I came for a quick trip over her spring break. The property was just as listed-clean, spacious, and a quick drive to the downtown area. It is prob closer to 15-20 min during peak hours, but less than 15 most of the time. The bedrooms were comfortable, and the kitchen was decently stocked. I loved the Nespresso machine! My daughter and I also appreciated the cards, games and puzzles in the late afternoons and evenings when our energy was spent from hiking (or shopping!). The owner was very responsive to questions and proactive with communication. Would thoroughly recommend!

I lived in this property, before considered renting it out. I loved the peace and calmness of the unit after a hard night's work. Waking up to natural light and the view of the mountain also made me feel warm inside.
