Condo was perfect clean and had everything we needed. Area was quiet and relaxing. Steve was a great host and available when we had questions and gave us great recommendations for restaurants.

Perfect, quiet condo property close to main downtown PS. Pool is right outside the condo and it was nice and quiet and heated perfectly. Would definitely stay there again . Host, Steve O is super responsive and easy to work with .

Wonderfully appointed and maintained condo unit. Suited our trip (two middle aged friends) perfectly where we could each have our own spaces but also not have far more room than necessary; a quick and easy drive to downtown PS. Grounds are well maintained and the complex was super quiet and relaxing.

This was a lovely place to stay! We wete greeted when we got there. Nina took us through everything, answered questions, etc. So nice!! They communicated through our stay to make sure everything was good. I highly recommend!

Several great amenities. My favorite was the televisions which quickly paired to my iPhone and was easy to stream media. Bathroom is spacious. Kitchen is well stocked with appliances. Beds are comfy.

Property is perfect and has the best location. Neighborhood is quiet and Steve O made everything very simple and convenient. Fully recommended!!

Great Condo for a Mom’s trip

Stayed here for a long girl’s weekend. The host Steve was great with recommendations for dining and activities. His communication and responsiveness were excellent. The condo was in a good location and VERY well stocked. Super cute place, pool was nice- highly recommend!

Great and very clean!

Our stay was great. The condo was very clean and had everything you could think of or need! Steve communicated before, during and after our stay. He also gave us some great restaurant recommendations. This was our first VRBO stay and it was a wonderful experience.

Lovely location and home

Steve O is a lovely host with great communication. He truly seemed interested in making sure we were set to have a great trip. Property is super clean, well decorated in a great location! All around lovely!

This was probably the cleanest Vrbo we have rented. It was well appointed, super nice, comfortable furniture, great bed, great TV's, nice property, close to downtown. We will definitely hope it is available next time we travel to Palm Springs. Win

The perfect weekend getaway

This was the perfect choice for a girls weekend trip. We each had our own very comfortable space. The decor is fabulous and the amenities are great. The location is super convenient to all the area attractions and we heard no noise from other units or in the neighborhood. Communication with the host was seamless, replies were prompt and information/recommendations were very helpful. Highly recommend a stay at Los Balcones.

Terrific Property

This condo is in very good condition and the location is fantastic. Close to the airport, walking trail, grocery store, Nature Health Food and Cafe, and downtown Palm Springs. The bed was comfy and the kitchen well-appointed for anyone wanting to cook for themselves rather than eat out. Communication with the owners was excellent. They are very responsive. We will definitely book again.

Beautiful, bright & modern condo

We stayed here for 9 nights and had everything we needed for a very enjoyable and comfortable visit to Palm Springs. We loved having coffee out on the sunny deck, listening to the birds, and enjoying the very conveniently located pool and hot tub. The condo is very thoughtfully appointed with everything you need in the kitchen, a nice grill on the 2nd deck, as well as games, books, yoga mats, pool towels, etc. The community is peaceful and beautifully landscaped. It’s close to downtown, grocery stores, and hiking trails.

Palm Springs getaway

The apartment is stunning. We were the first guests to stay following renovations and the style and finish of the place is exceptional. The location is in a quiet gated community and only a few minutes from downtown by car. There is heated pool and hot tub directly in front of the apartment which provides a great area to relax. Steve O was a welcoming and accommodating host. He gave great recommendations on where to eat out and offered other tips for the local area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend the property to other guests.

Far exceeded our expectations

We stay in VRBO’s all the time, and this was one of the best experiences we’ve had. Steve’s communication was world class, the condo was completely refreshed to the highest standards, the beds were sublime, it is very near to a beautiful swimming pool and spa, and the check-in/checkout procedures were clear and easy. Short of having a place downtown where we could walk to things downtown, this Palm Springs Condo has it all. Will be back.

Excellent condo, great location, exceptional host

All around an excellent experience from booking to check-out. Steve was a great communicator. He took time to talk to share ideas for things to do in Palm Springs, then followed with a detailed email. His recommendations for visiting Joshua Tree National park made for a great day. The condo was recently updated and clean. Having 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 balconies, with a pool right outside the door, was perfect. The kitchen was well stocked. Everything worked and was clean. The mountain views were a bonus. The location was close to downtown and attractions. It was in a gated community, quiet and safe. Check in and check out were very easy. We had a great stay. Thank you Steve!

Absolutely Perfect!

We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place to stay in Palm Springs. There were four of us and the layout was fantastic. The bedrooms were on the opposite sides of the unit, one with a queen bed and the other a king. Each of the couples had their own private bath with walk-in shower. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed and was well appointed. The entire unit had a modern Scandinavian vibe; very fresh and clean styling. It was only minutes by car to downtown, which had so many restaurants and shops to offer. The guys played golf every day at a different course during our week stay. The entire transaction from the moment we arrived to the time we left, was so easy. Steve was so helpful and answered any questions we had. A superb host, probably the best we’ve had since beginning our travel journeys with VRBO at least 15 years ago! Steve, thank you so much for making booking with you such a treat. We WILL be back!
