Welcome to The Freddie, a beautifully updated 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath coastal cottage in the heart of St. Simons Island. This family-friendly home offers an open floor plan with a kitchen featuring an island for three, a dining table for six, and a living room with a fireplace. Relax on the screened-in porch or enjoy the private backyard with a fire pit, perfect for roasting s’mores after a day at the beach.

The first-floor master bedroom has a king bed and ensuite bathroom. Upstairs you will find a bunk room that sleeps five, a king guest bedroom, and a sitting area with a coffee station. All bedrooms include ensuite bathrooms and hair dryers.

The home comes fully equipped for beach fun and outdoor adventure, including four beach cruisers with locks, beach chairs, a rolling cooler, beach towels, a beach wagon, a large beach bag, a casting net, fishing rods, and beach toys.

With room to sleep nine, The Freddie is ideal for families, friends, or small groups looking for a coastal getaway. The home is just a short golf cart ride to the beach or village and centrally located for dining, shopping, and local attractions.
