Welcome to this holiday home completely renovated in 2026, ideally located in the 3rd row of the sea, in a quiet cul-de-sac a few minutes walk from the ocean.

Designed to accommodate up to 6 people, it combines the charm of a seaside house with all the modern comforts: reversible air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen, electric shutters, new bedding and Wi-Fi connection.

In order to facilitate the organization of arrivals and departures during the high season (July and August), the house can only be rented from Saturday to Saturday. This operation allows us to ensure optimal rotations and to guarantee a perfectly prepared accommodation for each stay.

Outside, enjoy a large natural stone terrace extended by a pleasant shaded dining area under the trees, perfect for summer lunches, plancha evenings or simply to relax on your return from the beach.

Mega tolle Lage. Ruhig und strandnah. Tolle Unterkunft mit Terrasse und Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück. Sehr gut ausgestattet, uns fehlte nichts. Julien hat uns herzlichst empfangen und auch verabschiedet. Wir haben und sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Unterkunft bestens empfehlen.

Très bon séjour. Merci à Julien pour son accueil chaleureux.Le logement est conforme à la description, situé dans un quartier au calme.Situation géographique idéale (proche commerces, plage) pour des vacances en famille ou entre amis.Nous reviendrons sans hésiter.
