Cruise the shoreline with our provided bikes or paddle through the enchanting 1,000 Islands with our kayaks. The property boasts a total of 6 kayaks—4 adult and 2 youth kayaks, along with everything you need to paddle amongst the dolphins and manatees. After your adventures, unwind under your private pergola, enjoying a cocktail or two. Experience comfort, tranquility, and everything that makes Cocoa Beach an amazing town. We're only 6 blocks away from downtown Cocoa Beach, where you'll find restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, and vibrant nightlife. It was such an amazing location from the beach and local activities. Had yummy snacks, we got to do our laundry and even a friendly neighborhood cat!

Absolutely perfect for beach access, river access, relaxing neighborhood, host was amazing and so helpful and informative. I highly recommend. All the amenities kept us busy and we had so much fun.

Back home

This was an amazing stay. I lived in Cocoa Beach for 35 years, and brought my new wife to share the neighborhood. This place had all the amenities and is in walking distance to the beach! Highly recommend!!

Cocoa getaway

Perfect place for my wife and I for a little getaway. Place was nice and clean and check in and out was very smooth. Communication was great! Really enjoyed having access to bikes, kayaks, and beach towels umbrellas and chairs. Would definitely recommend and would love to come back.

Fun in the sun

We had a wonderful time at the Dolphin Den. Jacki was wonderful and helpful with directions to the river and beach. We enjoyed kayaking and seeing dolphins and manatee. The bikes were wonderful as we were able to ride to the coffee shop, and to the river in the evening. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Excellent location

One block to the river to kayak among dolphins and manatees - three block to the ocean for sand, sun, and surf. Nice private cottage tucked away on a side street - Jacki was an excellent host, so helpful, and had all the little extras that make for a great stay.

Great location and host!

We loved our stay at the Dolphin Den! It was very close to walk to the beach and into town and had everything we needed. Jacki was super helpful and guided us on how to experience all the fantastic things to see and do in town during our stay. Highly recommend and will def stay again on a future trip to Cocoa Beach!

Really cute property and great location! Jackie is an excellent host and offered lots of fun food and bar options. Weather was too cold for kayaking or biking.

Perfect spot for a little getaway

We stayed here for a few days before hopping on a cruise. The bikes were an awesome plus as we didn’t have a car. Loved the coffee!

Perfect little getaway

We had a great few days at the Dolphin Den. We needed a little getaway and it was just what we needed ! A quick walk to the beach! Bikes and Kayaks available . Jacki was a great host ! The best I’ve ever experienced. Friendly, Kind and very helpful. Was quick to answer any questions and she even gave recommendations for things to do and info on airport shuttles .

Perfect Beachside stay!

I loved my stay at the Dolphin Den. The place was clean and cozy. I enjoyed the short walks to the beach with the light weight beach chair provided. Also loved the water pressure in the shower it was great. 10/10 Would stay again

So much to do!!!

Across the street from a school feels very safe. Walking distance to place you can kayak with dolphins! Crazy. Also manitees. Couldn't believe it. Walking distance or bike to beach. Not crowded. Perfect for us looking for adventure. Host is amazing. Can't wait to come back.

Great place to stay

Great place to stay. Host was great with communication. They had a binder inside with all the info on the property and even things to do in the area. If I'm ever in the area again I will definitely be staying here

dolphin den, pre-hurricane day

Great, simple place that would have been ideal for my stay if weather preceding Hurricane Milton hadnt precluded some kayaking/walking trails. Hostess was very helpful as I dealt with change in plans in response to weather warnings.

Relaxing and comfortable

Just as described but with a few extras. Easy access to Cocoa Beach, restaurants, and Banana River. The later checkout at 11 allowed us to take our time. Bed was comfortable!

Awesome location and host

We loved our stay! Jackie, our host was wonderful with lots of information to share and help make our stay the best. We enjoyed kayaking on the river, biking around town, and the short walk to the beach to enjoy some sunshine and relaxation. We would definitely come back.
