The host was very nice and accommodating. I could not get prior messages to load to see the checkout instructions that she sent the day ireserved the place so she gave them to me over the phone. We had two adults and a child. The place was a little small for what we needed, but it was OK for a night. This would be the perfect location for a single traveler or a couple. Not far from the beach, the beach access is down the street and around the corner, but not a far walk at all. there was a trundle bed in the bedroom. We had to completely move the bed and a dresser to get the trundle bed out for my child to sleep on. There was some pieces of food left in the sink and there were some ants in the sink because of it. the kitchen was a screened in porch so if it rained could be an issue, but overall was not a bad place to stay.
