Everything from the coziness of the home, all the little details inside (cookie mix and supplies available in kitchen, eye masks in bedroom, laundry pods, etc), and the amazing communication of the host. Fantastic space for our stay to visit family in Agawam/Southwick area during the Christmas holiday. Thank you!!!

Our first time at this house. Previously I had stayed at Linnys Southwick cottage. Both excellent places! Super clean and comfortable. Deluxe bed linens and modern amenities. We enjoyed walking to the lake and having a nice fire in the outdoor fireplace. We even played with the games in the game room.
Low carb treats!

What we love most about the neighborhood is its peaceful, laid-back feel—tucked away yet close to everything. Scenic farm fields, rolling hills, and nearby mountains wrap around the area, all meeting the edge of the lake. Whether it’s a quiet walk to the water, watching the sunset, or just soaking in the views, it’s the perfect blend of nature and community.

Fully refurbished with comfort in mind, it sits peacefully between the sparkling shores of Congamond Lake and scenic tobacco fields. Whether you're sipping coffee on the patio, strolling to the private dock, or soaking in the quiet surroundings, it’s a one-of-a-kind retreat that brings together the best of nature and comfort.
