豊かな陶器の色調で装飾されたエレガントなリビングルームには、堅木張りの床、暖炉、快適な家具が備わっています。 デイソファ/布団はリビングルームで子供を眠ることができます。 窓の壁がリビングルームの一方の端に並び、裏庭を見下ろす小さなバルコニーへのアクセスを提供します。

Reviewer Comments: This house has a great layout, particularly if you are hosting family and friends - two floors, downstairs has both a huge bedroom/sitting area AND a locked off casita. The staff was very responsive. The linens were lovely.The only downside is that the back yard needs work - a good bit of extraneous, unnecessary 'stuff' scattered around and the lawn was not in good shape. Great ten minute walk down Lighthouse to excellent local restaurants.

Reserved extra studio room for someone that slept quite late for her privacy. Unfortunatly, the studio room had infestation of a biting insect that caused major body itching to one person while sleeping. Agency's quick response was appreciated and quickly resolved. Otherwise, house was spacious, well equipped, and clean.

The house needs to be deep cleaned...all the couch covers need to be washed up and down stairs as they were icky. All the windows need to be washed as well. The shower curtains were moldy and had to have them replaced. Great customer service on your end. We had a nice stay but the place really needs to be looked over in detail. Thank you.

Great place, location and very spacious!

The house was as advertised. It was clean and very spacious and plenty of room even for 11 adults (and 3 dogs!). Everything was great except, we noticed a few of the bed sheets seemed to be stained/dirty. Also, a few of the doors were tricky to use/worn. Aside from these, it was an awesome experience and the location was one of the best if you stay at the Monterey/Carmel area. This being said, our party would stay here again in the future if we go back to Monterey/Carmel!

The house was spacious enough for everyone to have plenty of room to spread out and relax. We had everything we needed - the owners simply thought of everything to make our stay easy and stress-free. I can't think of one thing we needed and didn't have. Great living, dining and sleeping areas with doors and windows that opened up to the fresh coastal air. Just a short walk to restaurants and businesses in PG and the coast. A dog-friendly rental - woot!!! We'd love to visit here again.

Near downtown, it also is close to golf, beach, Carmel, 17-Mile Drive, shopping, restaurants. The home is surprisingly large and the layout is ideal for multiple family reunions with upstairs living, eating, sleeping. The downstairs is perfect for sleeping, games, kids, etc. Large backyard for play and bbq. It is very clean with a well-equipped kitchen. Our 13 people had a wonderful reunion.Working with Sanctuary was ideal, efficient and helpful.

It was conveniently located for walking to nearby shops and restaurants, and a bit of a longer walk to the beach. It was large enough to afford everyone in our party of 8 some personal space. The young adults with us got a kick out of the dorm-style bath/shower room downstairs with two showers and three sinks. The studio was great for my husband and I so we could have our privacy. The kitchen was very well equipped. The backyard was large, and was the only place accessible for someone in a wheelchair however, so its not a great place for someone with mobility issues. This seemed to be the case for many properties in the area so we were happy to find we could access the backyard for a family dinner.

Just two issues...

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: So the house isn't really a 4/5 bedroom. I think it's completely misguided to label it as a 4/5bd when its really a 3bd + guest house. Also, on our last night there, the alarm clock in the guest house was going ALL night and we had no way to turn it off. Some of us didn't get much sleep because of this. If it wasn't for this, it would've been a perfect stay.
