Cozy Cottage sleeps 8 People, but can accommodate 10 with an extra charge 25 per night per extra guest. Pet friendly 50 dollar pet fee up two pets! 1 King Suite with bathroom, 1 Queen, 2 twins, 2 full beds. 2 bathrooms, master has shower and spare bathroom has a tub and shower. Peaceful and 2 miles from the lake. Pool Table and beautiful views from the back porch!

Perfect!

We had such a great time at this gem of a home! Everything was very well appointed and super clean. The game room was a hit and the back porch is excellent. We will definitely try to stay here again in the future!

Super clean, fully stocked, perfect stay!

Probably the most accommodating VRBO I've ever visited, had all the essentials and we didn't even have to go for coffee. Very clean, very comfortable, LOVED the back porch!

Loved the Cozy Cottage

Had such a great visit with family and really enjoyed my stay at the Cozy Cottage. The area in the woods is beautiful and quiet. The spacious back deck was the perfect spot for chatting and relaxing.

Great family trip

It was better than we expected, the hosts were great, got back to us quickly and very polite and made us feel welcome. The property was awesome and very conveniently located to everything. We will definitely be back!!!

Fishing Trip

We stayed at this cute little house because we went on a fishing trip. It accommodated my moth in law, my parents and my family of four easily!

Great Little Cottage

The cottage was perfect for our needs over the weekend. Very clean and well stocked with everything you could need. Loved the back deck for coffee in the morning and wine in the evening. Also, a great area for walks! Would definitely recommend and plan to stay there again.

Relaxing Getaway

Great place!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this property! Friends and family both had fun playing pool and other games, doggies were happy and plenty of room for all! Location was close enough to a marina where I kept our boat, fishing Big Sam is always awesome! If I was going to make any suggestions it would be to replace the gas grill. I was able to use it but it’s getting a little wore out.

Way Above & Beyond

Fantastic stay. 3 nights for the 3 adults, 1 15lb pup. Ideal location for us when we come down from DFW to Jasper to visit with relatives. Host thought of everyone & everything one might need to make our stay a fantastic experience.

Quaint Home Near the Lake

We stayed in the area for a HS fishing tournament. The house is located in Rayburn Resort and is a short drive to Umprhey Pavillion. The house sits back in a nice quiet spot. There was plenty of room for our family and our dogs. We also had plenty of room to walk our dogs around outside. The check-in process was simple, and the host communicated regularly. We will stay here again in the future for tournaments and vacations.

Amazing property

Amazing little house in Rayburn Country with awesome back porch. Decorations were beautiful, everything made us feel right at home and so cozy! We came to fish Sam Rayburn and it was a perfect driveway to park and maneuver the boat. Definitely will be staying again, best house we’ve found yet!

Fishing tournament / couples weekend

We loved our stay here. Sitting on the huge porch was wonderful. Just 2 couples but there was plenty of room for more. Will definitely be back.

Perfect House!

Great stay! We were visiting family for the Holidays. Every detail was perfect - stocked with coffee, phone charging stations, makeup remover wipes, EVERYTHING! Very clean and new. Highly recommend.

Good spot for bass boats

Plenty of room for boats and trucks. No need to unhook. Seemed to be a very safe neighborhood, left the boats out front and unlocked without any worries!

Fishing Trip

We enjoyed our stay at the Red Door Cottage ❤️ The bed in the master suite was so comfortable! VERY clean!!! The view off the back deck is so beautiful. The cottage was much more roomier than we expected. Driveway was very accommodating, we were traveling with 2 full-size pickup trucks and 2 boats. Would stay here again!
