Light switches need to be labeled. Not all outside lights worked. Light bulbs need to be switched out. Needs a little bit of maintenance overall.
The main living needs a paint job, you can see clearly on the wall where they have painted and and you can’t unsee it. Two men, 1 day paint the main level, fix that because it’s the first thing you see as you come up the stair case.
Basement master bedroom bed slats are broken. There’s a high and low spot on the bed.
House Did not feel clean, there was hair and other debris on the bed covers in some rooms. My guest question if the house was turned over properly or was there time in between the last occupant. No sure, but someone should have noticed what we noticed.
I’m not picky but the next person could be bothered by this. It’s a nice house, movie theater is dope, a beating back yard, amazing sun rises. I put the review up so someone hopefully corrects some of the punch list items for the next guest. I like the house, I would return.
