Wonderful location. Near two metro stations and bus stop nearby. Building has great security (better than lots of hotels). Quiet unit overlooks the courtyard (slept great after NYE celebrations). Food market downstairs, bakery at the end of the street. Walking distance (20min) to Arc de Triomphe, Petite/Grand Palais, Palais Garnier, Hop-on/Off bus.Laundry is handy for longer stays. The fridge is great for leftovers, juices, breakfasts. Bed is comfortable, good closet space. YouTube, Netflix and other streaming services on TV.

A brilliant position for any couple in Paris for a good period of time. We had a month here, and were able to best-use the Carrefour next to our building, for eating in when required, great wines, excellent selection of food, great bread, as well as close to the metro and some great bus services. An excellent bed! Clean room, all kitchen services. Excellent communication from the owners. We will be back again! Recommended.

The property is exactly as described, it was very clean, overall perfect for us. It is in a classic building but the kitchen and bath are modern and everything works perfectly. The bed is very comfortable. It is very quiet yet convenient - the window overlooks an interior courtyard, so common in Paris, not the street. The hosts are extraordinarily helpful, met us at the door to give us the keys and explain in and out, cleaned something we dropped in the common area and got us a taxi to the airport. One interesting thing is that some sources say this building was HQ for the US CIA from the end of WWII until the 2000s. Everything was close - a Carrefour downstairs, restaurants up and down the street, the Post Office on the street and Micromesnil Metro at the end of the block.

During my entire 6-night, 7-day stay, there was no hot water. The host knew about this issue before I checked in but didn’t inform me until I asked about the lack of hot water. I’m really shocked that they didn’t notify me in advance. I’m going to file a complaint directly with Vrbo. The host even threatened to take legal action if I spoke up about it.I gave it one star because the location is good.
There’s no need to distort the truth.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Location is great. Subway stations near by. Carrefour conveniently located downstairs. Very nice, clean apartment. Shower had good water pressure. We used the washing machine that had a quick cycle which is just what we needed. Great location - was just a short walk away from the train station with nearby restaurants and stores.

Great Location and Cute Unit!

The location was amazing! We felt very safe and could walk everywhere we wanted to go! The unit was great and made amazing use of the space!!! Loved the privacy curtain that went around the bed so our teenange daughter felt she had a space of her own as well.

An amazing and warm home in Miromesnil

I have never stayed at a lovelier apartment in any city, one where everything worked as it should, which was picturesque and comfortable and a perfect “home base” for our travels. The neighborhood is right in the center of everything and yet still fairly quiet and calm. The hosts were immediately responsive, friendly, and speak great English. I really could not have asked for anything more and I would highly recommend this property to anyone wishing for a top-flight Paris experience. Bon voyage!

Tiny apartment in Paris center

The location is in ideal position for walk through the city. In 30 min walk you can get all point of interest of the city. We used the washing machine and it works very well. We spent great time in this location.

Charming Paris Apartment

I loved my stay in this charming apartment. Dora was lovely to deal with and went out of her way to make my stay perfect. She met me later than planned due to my flight and showed me around the home. She had fresh roses and got me the perfect coffee, to my taste. She even researched metro times for me and sent me the info. Thank you Dora. The apartment was cozy and elegant. I enjoyed a coffee in bed each morning looking out those huge windows. The neighbourhood was great and close to the metro for easy travel around the whole city. Great for walking day and night. I plan to stay in this spot again. It's a winner!
