The property is exactly as represented: roomy two-level one bedroom ground floor apartment, very quiet (the bedroom is below ground), and in a great location (in the 16th arrondissement, on the border of the 8th, essentially between the Arc de Triomphe and the Eiffel Tower, near multiple Metro and RER stations). We stayed a full week and couldn't be happier with the experience. Check-in was seamless (coded building entry, easy key pick up, quick chat with the on-site property manager (FYI, she speaks only French, but if you don't, there's really nothing essential that is not obvious or that is not spelled out in the helpful info-packet in the apartment (which is in English)). We used the washer/dryer, the dishwasher, the microwave, the coffee maker, and the range, and all seemed new and all worked well. But the real selling point of this plqce is the location: great brasseries, restaurants, and bakeries are all within walking distance, as are at least two supermarkets. And if you are looking for higher-end shopping, you are in walking distance of both the Champs-Elysees and Rue Montaigne. And you can walk to the Eiffel Tower. And the Arc de Triomphe. And the Bois de Boulogne. And the Jacquemart-Andres Museum. And so on. The pictures will give you a good idea of the property itself (actually it seems a little bit bigger in person) and the location can't be beat.
