We had some issues with the water heater while we were there, but the host was very attentive and communicative. They actually ended up installing a whole new water heater a couple days in, and we had no further problems! I appreciated them responding to messages, sending electricians and handymen, and working after hours helping us solve the problems at the unit. The apartment is lovely, the grounds are gorgeous, and the place is well stocked with beach and pool equipment! We’d stay here again!

A Beautiful Home Away from Home!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was absolutely amazing! My family and I loved our stay there. The place has everything you need for a lovely stay in Kona - beach items, a fully usable kitchen, grills outside, and recreational items. There’s even a patio area where you can take in all the beauty of the area and relax or even eat. The downside is that we eventually had to say goodbye to the place. The check in process was easy and the owner was so responsive with our inquiries. You won’t be disappointed with your stay here. Thank you so much for providing a home away from home!

Fantastic Stay!

Plenty of space for my family of 4 - two kids, two adults. Stayed three nights. Mini split air conditioning and double beds in the second bedroom were a definite plus. Condo cleanliness was immaculate. Really enjoyed the views and amenities of the property. Grills were easy to use, checkin and checkout process were easy as well. Would stay here again!

Lovely ground floor condo

Great Place

Another great stay - Mahalo Shirley and Bill!

Thank you again, Shirley and Bill, for another great January stay! Although I missed the hammock, the lounge chairs are very comfortable. The condo is well-appointed and very pleasant to spend time in. We are already looking forward to our next stay with you!

Lovely Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property. The condo is located in a quiet complex just minutes from the beach. We loved how peaceful the lanai was in the morning and how great the location was for sightseeing. It was just far enough from the hustle and bustle of Kona to be relaxing, but close enough to still enjoy all of the fun shops and restaurants after only a short drive. We would definitely recommend this accommodation.

Wonderful stay

Very nice condo in a nice complex near great snorkel beach and fun wave beach. Would absolutely stay her again. Owners were very helpful. A/C was a must for our family, would recommend adding this to your rental if you are considering which way to go. Overall great experience!

Sitting on the lanai is so peaceful and the perfect way to start the day with a cup of coffee, a family breakfast, a special time with loved ones... Snorkeling at Kahaluu State Beach is a family favorite with the sea turtles and the abundance of tropical fish and coral. Keauhou Kona Surf and Racquet Club is close to everything, yet quiet and peaceful... Absolutely wonderful!

Fabulous trip!

Beautiful unit, close enough to everything and set up so nicely. Very comfortable beds, ac worked very well and lots of space to spread out! Thank you for such a beautiful property, well kept. We will return!
