It's all in the name! Above and Beyond is a high-end luxury home, just built (2022) perfectly situated above the Village with stunning lake views. It’s Just a short walk to dining and shopping.

Upon entry you will notice the expansive vaulted ceilings and soaring stone chimney. The family room offers a cozy setting with its see-thru fireplace, large flat screen TV, all with comfy seating and open concept to the gourmet kitchen.

The kitchen itself features high-end stainless steel Thermador appliances, including a gas range cooktop, double wall convection oven, fridge/freezer, microwave oven and dishwasher. A Keurig coffee brew station is provided. The walk-in pantry has multiple small appliances and extra amenities for large groups.

The dining area provides seating for 8 with large windows to enjoy the lake views. A handsome grotto stone bar just to the right offers an out-of-the-way to watch your favorite sports on a huge TV. A powder bath adjoins the bar area.

The upper deck will be the place to be no matter the season. Hang out with the cook in the group while grilling on the propane barbecue. With breathtaking views, multiple seating areas, you can star gaze, or simply enjoy the beautiful sunsets. If you are lucky enough to be here on the fourth of July, you will have an unobstructed view of the fireworks show just above the Village!

Head downstairs to the middle level of the home. The first bedroom offers a king bed, with an en suite bath and direct deck access. The second bedroom has a sturdy built-in bunk-bed queen over queen and twin over twin. Just down the hall is the laundry room offering a full-size washer and dryer. There is a full bath off the hall. The master suite has its own fireplace, a king Tempurpedic adjustable bed, with a full adjoining bath and ample closet  space.  

At the south end of the hall is the theater room. With its jumbo flatscreen TV and stadium seating for 10, everyone will have a spectacular view of their favorite movie or TV show!

On the bottom level are the fourth and fifth bedrooms both offering a king bed. At the end of the hall is outdoor access to a fenced dog run area. From all the bedrooms you also have outdoor access where you will find a multitude of amenities including a hot tub, fire pit,  basketball hoop, ping pong table, horseshoe pit, and cornhole game.

Inside you will find a game room/arcade area chock full of games for kids and adults.  Offered games include Skeeball, shuffleboard, Foosball, a poker table, roulette, craps, bumper pool, board games as well as children’s toys.

The owners of this home really went Above and Beyond for your group to have the best time while in Big Bear! Thoughtful touches like every end table having a USB charging port, garage access with an EV charger and a snow gear rack so you can unload right in  the garage and dry your summer and winter gear, high-end luxury at its finest will keep  you coming back to book your favorite home all year around!

Do not exceed the occupancy limit  
Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult  occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.

No parking in street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.

No amplified music 24/7  
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.  

Head inside at 10:00 p.m.  
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

FOR PET FRIENDLY HOMES ONLY, Take your furry friend with you  
Take your dog with you so they do not disturb surrounding neighbors. You will find that Big Bear Lake is very dog-friendly! Please be sure to verify prior to booking that the property does accept pets.

Take trash to dumpster locations  
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations: 41790 Garstin Drive & 39690 Big Bear Blvd.

Fines  
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.

Eviction  
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In  addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned. Important: Dear Traveler, you will be charged with USD 200 in case you include a Pet in your reservation as a Refundable Damage Deposit for Pets.
