Come enjoy The Villages in our lovely 3 bedroom cottage with a closed lanai.

Our home is in the center of The Villages, equal distance to Lake Sumter Landing and Brownwood! We are less than 20 minute golf cart ride to 20 executive courses and 6 championship courses. Our home is walking distance to SeaBreeze Recreation Center which has a full gym. Our home is less than a mile to a family pool as well as three neighborhood pools. A perfect location between 466A and 466 and which is the area with the most golf courses and recreation centers. Everything is close to our home.

We do have internet, You Tube TV, Prime and Netflix. We also have a printer available for your use.

Great location

The home is showing its age, overdue for a deep cleaning. Ran low on stock like paper towels, TP but most other needs were in supply. The refrigerator leaks water onto the floor. The brakes on the supplied golf cart required a strong leg but was nice to have.

Winter getaway to the Villages.

Enjoyed our stay in the Villages. Great location for Village activities. Also enjoyed quick trips to Mt Dora, Daytona Beach and Disney Springs. Very nice home and host was very helpful.

Beautiful house

Lovely home and very convenient! Everything was clean,comfortable and well stocked. Fun riding in the golf cart was a plus ! Host was pleasant and eager to help.Very classy ! Thank you Sharon!

Nice Neighborhood and Location

I found everything as described and convenient to Brownwood and Sumpter Landing. I didn't use the golf cart but it was there and available if I wanted. You pretty much have everything you need for your stay. Sharon was extremely accessable for any questions and follows up to make sure you are happy with everything. I would rent this again if I come back.

Excellent place to stay

We enjoyed our stay, with 3 comfortable beds, 2 baths, beautiful patio which got the morning sun (LOVED THAT!!). We even had access to a 2 seater golf cart, which we loved. All tech stuff like wi-fi, TV and everything worked great. Kitchen was well stocked. We could have used toilet paper and garbage bags - but we just went out and bought them. Within 1 mile are multiple grocery stores and a Starbucks nearby - what else could you want? Communication and coordination with the owners was spot on - really appreciate a great stay!

Very relaxing,great location,cart a big plus

I stayed for a month. The location was perfect. great neighbors. The home was exactly as shown and worked great for me . I had a friend visit for 4 nights . I found the property owner extremely accessible and responsive. The electric cart was very nice. I downloaded The Villages App and getting around was easy once you got used to the cart path system. Be cautious and pull over on the grass if you need to . Bottom line I was very happy and will return!

We Couldn't Have Chosen a Better Place to Rent!

Sharon's home was a delight to stay at. We had a wonderful 19 day visit. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed to cook meals when we weren't exploring "The Villages". The beds and living room furniture were very comfortable. My favorite spot to read or be on my computer was the sunroom. From there I could see the pretty garden and watch as storms came through. I even got to glimpse a double rainbow while sitting out there. Sharon was a great host who along with being accessible by email, for any questions, she also gave us suggestions for day trips during our stay. The Villages is certainly a fun place to explore with many options of things to do even if you are not a gulfer.

Best VRBO experience todate

Everything was clean and comfy. The use of the golf cart was a great perk. Felt at home for our 3 weeks. Visited all points in the Villages, we ate and attended many music nights, utilized the pools almost daily. Sharon was a joy to work with. Made a few friends.. We will be back

A quaint house, clean, good location. Loved zipping around in the golf cart, fits 2 people. Got a good feel for The Villages and all it has to offer. Really enjoyed our stay. Thanks!

Lovely home with a great location in the Villages

Property was clean and inviting, everything we needed for our short stay was provided. The use of the golf cart was appreciated. Location was great, not far to Lake Sumter or Spanish Springs. Would rebook there given the chance.
