Just 200 metres from the beaches, the property allows guests to fully enjoy the charm of the French Riviera while offering a peaceful and leafy environment. Seafront walks, restaurants, local shops, and the town’s entertainment venues are all within easy reach.
The centre of Juan-les-Pins, with its famous Pinède, beaches, boutiques, and lively summer atmosphere, is only a few minutes away. The Juan-les-Pins train station also provides convenient connections to Antibes, Cannes, Nice, and Monaco, making it easy to explore the Riviera without the need for a car.

Check-ins are guaranteed from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-outs are until 11:00 AM at the latest.
After 8:00 PM, check-ins are subject to validation, except during conference periods and in the summer.
Guests can choose between a physical check-in and a self-check-in and are requested to communicate their preference in advance.
In the case of a physical check-in, a person will be present on-site. Please note that physical check-in after 8:00 PM incurs an additional fee of €50, payable in cash upon arrival, except during conference periods and in the summer.
For self-check-in, a key box is available.

• Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the accommodation.

A copy of your ID may be requested prior to your arrival.

We kindly ask you to respect quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
