-Upstairs includes king bed and master bath with its own private bathroom and walk in closet.

-Down stairs includes two bedrooms with queen sized beds with a shared main level bathroom.

-Each room has Roku TV.

-Living area with plenty of seating and a 52" TV

-Full Kitchen with dishwasher, gas oven, and full sized fridge.

-Washer and dryer.

-Free high speed internet.

-Playground, basketball hoops, and soccer field across the street.

-Quick walk to historic downtown Cedar City, Southern Utah University, and the Shakespeare Festival.

The host was extremely accommodating and was willing to go above and beyond to help make our stay go as smoothly as possible. Wonderful, clean house and the upstairs bed was excellent. Super quiet street and a nice neighborhood.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Michelle’s house. Everything was as described and then some, so comfortable and clean. Michelle has provided everything you need. Would definitely recommend for your next trip to Cedar City.

Kitchen was a little tight, but worked out ok. Had a problem with ants which was frustrating. As far as supplies, the description stated that paper towels were included, but other than the partial roll there was no backup. also, there was only one extra trash bag, and no backup. Otherwise all good.

So CUTE! Very quaint and upgraded and Michelle made perfect use of the space.Beds were comfortable and everything was very CLEAN! We absolutely LOVED getting to pick some fresh veggies from the garden. It was well stocked with spices, dishes, towels, and appropriate signage to accommodate cleaning.Thanks Michelle comfortable for 6!

Lovely, Family-Friendly Home

We had a wonderful stay at this well-appointed property during our visit to Brianhead and the Shakespeare festival. There’s a little playground across the street that made it ideal for our 3 kids, and the house itself had everything we needed. It was thoughtfully designed, immaculate, and close to everything we wanted to see. Would highly recommend!

Absolute 10/10!!!

Stay here!! You will glad you did !! Fantastic, awesome experience here! House was perfect for our family of 5 ( 2 parents & 3 adult children). It was perfect sized, neat as a pin comfortable, and adorable!! Perfect location for our National Parks vacation, about an hour to both Zion & Bryce, close to the freeway and near to downtown. Great communication with the owner, no problems whatsoever! If we are back in Utah, we will definitely look into staying here again. Trust me, you WANT to stay here!

Serene comfort

Home Away from Home

My family and I have stayed in vacation rental properties for over 20 years, and I cannot remember a single property that felt more perfect, more like home away from home.
