Estero Beach and Tennis Club is located on the South end of Fort Myers Beach. Situated directly on the beach, this complex is made of three 12-story high rise buildings for a total of 296 units. A community pool, tennis courts, pickleball courts and a bbq area make this community have something for everyone. Unwind on 10 acres of lush landscaping and pristine beaches.

Area Activities:

Welcome to Fort Myers Beach! There are multiple state parks nearby that are waiting for your adventures. Jump on the trolley to take you south to the secluded Lover's Key State Park or go north to Bowditch Point Park. The Fish Tale Marina offers boat rentals and dockage for those wanting to get out on the water. Travel around the island in style in a rented Moke or golf cart. Trolley service is also available from Estero Boulevard to the Times Square area, the central hub of Fort Myers Beach. Several restaurants, shops, and bars have come back since the hurricane. If a day trip is what you are looking for check out the Key West Express for an unforgettable trip to Key West. Don’t forget to see Sanibel Lighthouse which is less than 15 miles away! Please note that the area is currently rebuilding after Hurricane Ian. Despite the changes, the island continues to get better and better, inviting you to bask in the sun, sand, and amazing sunsets once again. Beautiful Condo

We have stayed at the Estero Tennis Resort many times always a nice area to stay in. Condo was very nice and very clean, my only complaint is the mattress is very hard.

Best location on Ft Myers Beach, FL

This property was just what is needed for a winter getaway. The size is perfect and the location is an A+. The owners response time was nearly immediate and Valentin is very personable and helpful. The building is very quiet and the strip mall across the street has nearly anything you would need. I highly recommend this place for a vacation on the Gulf.

Location perfect . Room needs a deep clean couch needs replacing or a deep clean . A smoke alarm not our room was chirping for the whole stay I reported to management and to sun palace nothing was done . To top all this someone walked in the room while we were in bed claiming to be from sun palace the door was locked . Would we stay here again probably yes in a different room .we did enjoy our vacation

Clean, Comfortable and Relaxing

My wife and I enjoyed our stay very much at Valentin’s condo. It is clean, quiet and has nice views of the sunrise and the beach. In addition, it is in a nice building, a less busy section of the island, and a 50 yard walk to a beautiful beach you can walk miles on. Valentin’s communication throughout the whole process was excellent. Thank you very much for a nice stay.

A PLEASURABLE STAY

WE REALLY ENJOYED OUR THREE WEEK STAY. THE CONDO IS OF ADEQUATE SIZE FOR TWO. THE FURNISHINGS ARE RECENTLY NEW AND CLEAN AND THE BED IS VERY COMFORTABLE. WORKING WITH THE OWNER IS A PLEASURE, HE ANSWERS QUESTIONS ALMOST IMMEDIATELY AND SEEMS TO HAVE HIS GUESTS'S ENJOYMENT OF THEIR STAY AS HIS PRIME OBJECTIVE. I DO NOT HESITATE TO RECOMMEND STAYING HERE AT ALL.

Great location, clean and comfortable!

Upon entering, we were pleasantly surprised as the unit is much larger than it appears on the photos - which don't do it justice. The balcony has a view of the beach as well as the marina. Also 2 comfortable patio chairs and ottomans are provided where you can sit back and relax. The bed is comfortable and the shower is great with good water pressure. You can park the car and walk across the street to the plaza where there are several good restaurants and some shops as well. The owner here is extremely helpful and prompt in returning calls. It was a pleasure staying here and dealing with this owner.

Some needed maintenance, door into bathroom doesn't open or close, water pressure in shower is bad

Needs a few repairs, screen door doesn't work and is off the track also.Owner/manager is very nice and easy to communicate with.

Sunrise Beauty

This was my first VRBO stay and really was not sure what to expect. It was perfect! This condo is exactly what it shows. My favorite part was the sunrise mornings on the balcony. We are morning people who enjoyed coffee and mimosas as the sun came up. The outdoor furniture was comfortable and the balcony is in full sun until at 10am. The owner was very accommodating, even taking our calls on Christmas day about small issues (TV, WiFi). The condo was nicely clean as well. Plenty of towels and pillows. The only thing we needed was our own beach towels. We truly enjoyed this sunrise beauty and would definitely book this condo again :)

We had a good time

It was a delight working with the owner of the condo. His response time was always a couple of minutes and any issues were resolved immediately to our satisfaction. Thank you Valentine! Good size condo for 2 people (4 could be crowded). Excellent location just next to the beach. Very well kept grounds. Quiet building. Unit on the 9th floor. Good size balcony with 2 very comfortable lounge chairs. Comfortable king size bed. Folding chairs for the beach. We like cooking so the only negative for us was a very small kitchen with limited counter space and only basic equipment. Security deposit was returned promptly. Overall a very pleasant vacation.

As far as the kitchen ,we wish they were a little bit bigger but they are all the same in EBTC, after all when you are on vacation my wife says that's the last thing you have to worry about (the cooking). Wonderful stay

We had a great stay in this condo with one minor problem that was quickly resolved by the owner. The shower had no water pressure so he had a new one put in within a day.

Excellent vacation spot

Very comfortable condo with all of the conveniences of home. Close to Santini Plaza and all of the lovely restaurants and shops. We stayed 3 weeks and would love to go back here again.

Beautiful Condo!

We loved our stay here! When we arrived, the condo was clean but there were still dirty linens out. The property manager made it right immediately and was very friendly and fast!

Great friendly place!

We loved staying in Estero Beach and Tennis. It is so convenient to everything that you don't even need to rent a car. There is shopping and great places to eat right across the street. The condo was furnished with lovely and modern design. There were a few glitches such as enough towels and minor details, but the owner promptly took care of any problems. The bed was too firm and creaked for my taste, but with playing tennis and beach activities, it was not a big issue.

Nicely decorated, near beach and restaurants. But, the wind howled thru the balcony door.

Condo nicely decorated, but very strange gel bed pillows. We cooked and washed dishes tho supplies were limited. Also the storage was limited for food and hanging clothes. Many things in cupboards and closet that we didn’t need. I suggest that the bed pillows and tired bed linens be replaced. The balcony door didn’t seal and the wind howled thru it. We loved the convenience to the beach and restaurants. We also appreciated the beach chairs that were in the condo for guest use.

The pillows are very expensive that help you get a very comfortable night sleep. As far as the “tired linens” They are silk sheets and brand new. The balcony door has a lock to seal it. The closet it’s oversized for 2 people and kitchen cabinets are more than enough. We are sorry you found these inconvenience. We will do better for the next time you come. Thanks

3star rental for a 5star price

We arrived on April 14 th at 3:00, the room was not ready which was no fault of the owner(very nice person). My wife was still there when the cleaning crew arrived and the cleaning lady was upset that she'd put the bedcover on the floor which she thought was going to be washed, but was informed that they only wash it every 3 weeks unless it's stained. So off to Walmart we went and purchased new bedding and pillows. The condo was dated and needed some upkeep the dresser drawer fell apart when opened . The chairs on the balcony were soiled and torn., so we sat on our towels. No beach chairs, so these we purchased from Costco and gave them to some other tennants in the building when we left. We also had an opportunity to visit another unit in the building , beautiful ocean view, recently updated and they paid $50 night less than ours. From our condo you could partially see the beach but the main view was the parking lot. For the type of money we paid we should have had something more updated and in better condition. On the positive the kitchen was very clean. However the showers had mildew stains and dated. You also have the main closet in the washroom which isn't ideal. The location is perfect for a quiet beach vacation.
