Located in the Heart of the Waterway Entertainment District , this property is walking distance to restaurants, pubs, breweries, art galleries, and more.
Our 2 bedroom/ 1 bath cottage is one level living (approx 1000 sqft) with a queen sleeper sofa in the den and will accommodate up to 6 guests comfortably.

Clean and cozy with working station, private back area with bistro lights and bluetooth speakers. Going to the beach? We're just over a mile away! Attending a concert at The Wharf Amphitheatre? We're a straight shot about a mile away. In town for ball games or sports tournaments? Plenty of room to park your bus, boat, or jet ski! No parking passes needed. Ball parks are just 2 miles up the road!

Bringing your boat? The Intracoastal waterway boat launch is a few blocks away and you can park your boat and jet skis on property.

Small pets welcome. (Dogs under 20 lbs.)

The Waterway Corner is a labor of love and it reflects our own personal vision of an event destination or family retreat for guests who enjoy a serene setting while being within walking distance to restaurants, breweries, galleries, and of course, The Intracoastal Waterway!

This historic property is being completely renovated from top to bottom with every modern convenience and a great mixture of the old and the new. The Waterway Corner Cottage is the first step towards completion and we're very proud to offer it to you for your vacation pleasure.

We've had nothing but great reviews and we hope to have you come stay with us. We are NOT a big conglomerate rental company so your reservation will be handled by one of us personally. Welcome!
