Tybee Island Oceanfront Escape – 20C

Wake up to breathtaking views of the Savannah River and Hilton Head from this 3rd-floor North End condo. Sip your morning coffee on the private porch accessible from both the living room and master bedroom, watch dolphins play in the water, or enjoy the sunset from your covered 7’ x 35’ deck.

Inside, the living area is bright and welcoming, featuring a queen sofa sleeper, cable TV, and an open dining space. The fully equipped kitchen makes cooking a breeze, with full-size appliances, cookware, and all the essentials you need. The master suite offers a queen bed, private bath, and deck access, while the guest bedroom has two twin beds and its own bath.

Enjoy lighted tennis courts, pool facilities, a gas grill, and a picnic area just steps from your door. With covered parking and a pet-free policy, this condo is ideal for families, friends, or couples seeking a relaxing beach getaway.

Great place for a family getaway

Condo is located in a quiet neighborhood in a great location. It is a little bit of a walk to the beach, but the views are spectacular. Condo was clean and well-maintained. Would stay there again.

Great location and views. Stairs are a bit of a climb for older people. Really firm beds. Nice place.

Overall, we enjoyed the location and the view from the balcony. Some suggestions would be to have more dishes and kitchen utensils. Also, it would have been great to have more beach supplies and some games or puzzles for rainy days. We did enjoy the pool and tennis courts.

Great location!

Great location on the quieter north end of the island. Kids enjoyed the twin beds in the 2nd bedroom so they didn't have to share a bed.

Beach Anniversary

The property was clean, safe and overall well managed. Beautiful view of the beach and o ean from our deck. It was close to everything and easily accessed yet hidden away from main traffic. Situated in a quiet neighborhood that lends itself to walking and socializing with others in the neighborhood.

So relaxing

Such a wonderful spot. It was my family’s first time at Tybee & we will definitely be back. Staying on the 3rd floor definitely required some leg muscles to climb the stairs but it was totally worth it for the gorgeous view. My son particularly loved watching all the cargo ships!

Fantastic condo in a quiet neighborhood

My daughter and I rented this condo for a beach trip this summer. The listing is very accurate- this is a clean, quiet neighborhood. The decor and furniture are nice- nothing fancy, but absolutely perfect for a beach trip. We enjoyed watching the big container ships, trying new restaurants and ice cream shops each night and the slow pace of the island. I highly recommend a stay at this condo!

Amazing family trip!

My husband and I just left this morning after a weeklong stay with our 3 adult daughters. We had so much fun. The unit was clean and everything was as listed. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and watching the dolphins every morning and evening. The pools were great and the beach was full of great shells and not crowded at all. We didn’t realize how lucky we were until we took a walk on the beach south of us. It was so crowded down that way! We are so happy we chose this condo. We loved walking to Tybean for coffee in the morning and Zunzibar for drinks in the evening. We also loved Crab Shack and Hucapoos. Additionally highly recommend Captain Derek’s Dolphin tours. Thank you for a family vacation that will go in the books as one of our favorites!

Quiet, nice place

This condo was one of the cleanest condos we have visited before! The condo was well stocked and had everything we needed. Great location for families looking for quiet and not busy beaches. The only issue we had was the door would jam when trying to open it but as long as you jiggled the door after typing the code then it opened. We would definitely stay again!

Condo was nice except the bathtub hadn’t been cleaned but the rest of the condo was nice. It was farther from the beach that what I expected but it was an ok view.

Amazing view

We had a great time and view was amazing! It was my mistake I booked this place for my elderly grandparents because they do not have elevators. Lots of stairs but the view was beautiful so it made up for it! We also noticed the cable is just local channels so we had a very relaxing trip.

Pack Light!

This condo has an excellent location and beautiful views. The beach is wonderful, we spent a lot of time out there. There is no elevator and a great deal of pretty steep steps to maneuver up to the 3rd floor. If you pack light you will love it here. We went to many fine restaurants and learned a lot at the Fort, Marine Science Center, etc. Lots to do on this little island!

Beach access condo

Check in process was super easy, paperwork and all information was completed with needed parking pass and pool pass. We were early and the condo was ready, condo just as described including pots/pans/dishes, etc. If you stay longer than a few days you will need to resupply your toilet paper, paper towels, etc, but that's clearly listed in description. Having a washer/dryer was convenient as well. Walk to the beach wasn't bad and the water view from patio was nice and we were able to walk to many places.

Simply Perfect

The condo is just as described. No frills, very clean and simple. Great location to anything you want to do on Tybee Island. It is located in North Beach which we preferred, a beautiful private beach without all the crowd and traffic. We have only 2 minor issues upon arrival and Julie resolved them within 24 hours. Only thing I wish they had is a hair dryer, to me that is as important as a toaster. The condo is on the 3rd floor requiring you to walk 6 flights of stairs. This was not a problem for us, but for some it maybe, There is sandy walk down to the beach that could be tough for someone that requires assistance. The views from the balcony are beautiful. The furniture is a bit dated, but everything is VERY clean. We were only in the condo to sleep so that didn't bother us. You will see sting rays and dolphins daily in the water as well cargo ships traveling to Savannah. We took a day trip to Savannah and highly recommend. We would stay here again!
