This charming beach house is in the BEST location ON THE ISLAND! Very close to beaches and the Village. Brand new pool and spa built 2023. Brand new bathroom and refreshed interiors. Luxurious linens and brand new beds make this place feel like a breath of fresh air. Enjoy grilling and chilling under the majestic, centuries old oak tree on the back deck. 3 Bedrooms feature large smart TV’s. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking as well. A true vacation stay on the iconic SSI!
Relax on the front porch swing and enjoy this 1920’s remodeled original beach home. Three bedrooms provide two king size beds, one queen size bed, and one twin bed. All with excellent, comfortable mattresses and quality linens. When you go out the back door there is a breathtaking, centuries old majestic live oak tree in the middle of the large deck which features outdoor seating for dinner. Swim and relax in the new pool and hot tub- all under magical lights around the Big Oak on Oak Street.
This home is VERY close to the village, a block or two from popular restaurants and shops. Leave the car at home!

We said "I love you" for the first time sitting on the bench in the front yard. Our true-life hallmark movie happened here!
この宿泊施設の特徴
We offer our home as pet friendly. To be sure there is no misunderstanding, you must get management approval before bringing your pet. A nonrefundable pet fee will apply. 1 pet is $175, 2 pets is $250.
PLEASE NOTE: There is a privacy fence surrounding the back yard.
Rules:
1. Completely house-trained pets only
2. Careful to clean dirt and sand off pets before entering the house
3. Pets not allowed on furniture
4. If your pet is left at the house unattended, the pet must be crated
Pool Heating Fee: There is no fee to heat the hot tub, however if you'd like the pool to be heated upon your arrival we require a 24-hour notice and a $250 heating fee (it takes about 24 hours to heat).
