Prime location year-round resort home, totally remodeled, one story open floor plan, 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths, two master bedrooms with king size beds with his & hers walking closets, plus a bonus bedroom combo 500 sq ft. House has three Ac units which keeps the house super cool. Game room with huge window. You will be amazed on this gorgeous place, master bedroom has a jacuzzi bath tub with led lights, huge showers with massage jets, beautiful open space chef kitchen with granite countertops, huge inland, all new stainless steel appliances, kitchen has more than you need, laundry room with new machines, all rooms have large ceiling fans with remotes, two car garage with opener also a two car attached covered carport, gym exercise bikes inside garage, movie room theatre, full office with printer, best Wi-Fi, 8 ft pool table, wood burning fireplace, stereo system with Bluetooth surround sound, karaoke system, guitars, beautiful black piano. Backyard is a botanical gardens resort very tropical with a rock water fall to enjoy the sound and relax, salt water pool with color lights wireless remote, can be heated optional, 6 person spa with multi jets, color changing led lights, 4 hole putting green, very tropical and shaded patio area with a beautiful stone patio table w 6 chairs, ceiling fan, outdoor flat screen tv, barbecue, pool lounges, several outdoor fire pits, lots of green turf to play or exercise. Everything about our stay was perfect. The house was very spacious, beautiful and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The yard was huge with lots of different places to sit down and relax and enjoy being outside. The putting green was a lot of fun too. The host, Alphy, was extremely nice and very welcoming. You could not ask for anything more in a rental.

Enjoyed our week long stay. House was clean and comfortable. Pool and backyard area was excellent, enjoyed by both the adults and the kids. Host was very responsive.

Excellent Stay!

Al is a prompt responder, a gracious host and we absolutely LOVED the house! If you go during winter, it is worth the extra for the heated pool. Plenty of towels, blankets, comfy furniture, and plenty to do in and around the house. Would definitely stay here again!

Great area for golfing, courses are nearby and lots of places to eat.

We enjoyed the house and the two king bedroom ensuites! Nice pool and hot tub! Kitchen is well stocked. The owner is quick to respond when needed. We would book again. *****

Enjoyed Our Stay

The house is located in a quiet neighborhood with grocery and restaurants nearby. All bathrooms have been updated and the house had plenty of room, beds were comfy and check in was a breeze. Al was very responsive when we had any questions.

Holiday stay

My wife and I needed a nice place to stay during our time in Arizona during the new year’s holiday. We chose to book this place and we’re glad we did. All of our guest had their own space to get away and sleep comfortable. Al is a wonderful host and we will definitely be back in the future.

Really enjoyed the house and the location and the yard. The master bath and main bath could use new towels and wash rags and the shower in the master bath and tub needed some attention as well as the sink closest to the toilet and the other sink was not draining well either Other than that great time beautiful Roe

All new towels have been replaced . And tub drain just needed adjustment. Restroom sink faucet just needed tightened. All done and inspected

Entertaining, good location, amazing host

This property has lots of space with many things to do. The host, Al was very responsive to requests or needs. The only reason for 4-star was a few improvements that could be made in which Al was open to making. We would stay there again when visiting the area!

Lots of fun

Lovely home with high-end furnishings. Very nice pool and putting green. Location was within 20 minutes of everything. Owner very responsive to questions. Highly recommend this home.

Very bizarre experience with the host continuously watching his ring cam to determine how many were staying there. We had people coming and going as it was a business retreat. He tried to charge us an additional 1,100 saying we had 10 people staying when we didn’t. The beds are very hard and TV’s didn’t work well. I have used a lot of VRBO’s and never had a strange experience like this one. Definitely won’t stay there again!

Something for everyone

My family and I really enjoyed this property. There are so many activities that our group ages 14 to 83 never had a dull moment. From the spacious house to the outdoor area we all found activities or solitude. I highly recommend this property.
