Located in Hermosa/Santiago Hills, Santa Teresa. Surrounded by plants and wildlife, peacefully looking at Costa Rica´s green and lush valleys.

We love nature and all it´s inhabitants! All our villas are built and run exclusively on solar power, have a rainwater collection system and take the permaculture as example for landscaping and gardening.

The space
Located on an ample property named Mar Verde, our three individual villas are the perfect get away for real Costa Rica nature fans. All our villas offer light-flooded spaces, peace & calm, amazing views on an undulating landscape, and great chances to see plenty of wildlife close to the house as well as a maximum of privacy.

Our Villa Congo sleeps maximum four people. The house provides two sleeping rooms with a king size bed and fan each. Every room has its private en suite bathroom with hot water shower, WC and some special garden views. One of the rooms has an integrated big desk for working.

Right in the center of the villa, guests find the living and open kitchen area with a completely open-able glass front and stunning views on a great scenery. Like this guests can enjoy the magical view even during cooking sessions.

The living counts with a big dinner table, huge sofa and bar table with chairs around the kitchen counter. From living to ample terrace its just a few steps. Comfortable beanbags and chill-out furniture await for simply taking in the view or for a daily "siesta" by the infinity pool.

All interior lights, the fans and the ACs are completely remote controlled. Guests can connect over a smart system operated by Android or iPhone to save energies and resources. We specially took care not to cause unnecessary light pollution around the building to respect the local fauna as much as we can.
Guest access
Guests have access to their own private villa, to a safe roofed property carport with is only shared with the other two villas on the property.

Concierge service for rental vehicles, transports, domestic flights and general organization available as needed.
